Worst company to work for. They do not value their employees what so ever. They constantly change the way we have to do things without advising their employees. Then giving their employees bad reviews because they never took the time to go over the changes. They only do this so no one can get the appropriate raise at the end of the year. Completely ridiculous. Do not apply here unless u want to be treated like a slave.

Yes, if you are disabled and seeking a job please do not bother with CVS they are the most unkind, non empathetic, intolerant employer I have ever encountered. If you are disabled you will be bullied into quitting among other things.. Also training currently (and probably hoping more quit) their new employees in almost obsolete software that in another month or so will need them trained in a new software.. They made a Freudian slip tho and scheduled current employees to take calls on the new software. All I gotta say is good luck my friends. And as a former customer, too, of CVS they are the worst run company ever. Always out of stock of vital medications and high priced out of the roof ripoffs with the cheapest in store stocked China items at erroneous prices. How they keep afloat( purchasing Aetna was/is keeping them afloat I'm sure) but their management will eventually run that in the ground too. Horrible, horrible people and company all around.

Systems and programs are inefficient, training is terrible and unorganized. Do not pay enough for what you do.

CVS Specialty Pharmacy needs to hire competent people. They could not ship out my knee injection meds due to me setting up a new enrollment form. I set it up on a Monday and they were to call me back to get a credit card number after the insurance went through. Friday they call to get credit card and said I needed to set up a new enrollment form. So once again we go through the questions. Fine all is good it will be at your doctors office on Tuesday. Well Tuesday comes around and no meds show up. I call and they said they canceled the order due to me not filling out the new enrollment form. What? I did it twice already and never got a phone call or text that my order was being canceled. So an hour an 15 minutes later and once again filling out the new enrollment form they said the med will go out and be there Thursday morning in time for my appointment. Well I call Wednesday night an hour before they close and was told it didn go out because the pharmacist didn't release it. So I go back on hold and the girl says it will go out overnight morning delivery. Well my appointment for my knee injections had to be rescheduled due to the medicine not getting there before 1130a on Thursday. So frustrated with CVS!!!! I would give them zero ratings in that was an option.!! ?

The worst work experience I had in my entire life. The bosses micromanage and treat you like a child like no other. Every move you make is watched. If you go to the bathroom the wrong way you’ll get in trouble for it. The rules, policies, systems and dress codes are constantly changing and they have really high turnover because of it. There were 25 people in my class and a year later, only 7 people are left. After 4 weeks of training, they said that was only 30 percent of it. The other 70 percent we were going to have to learn by trial and error. And on top of all that, they don’t pay enough for all the stress that you have to deal with. I wouldn’t want to do the job for a million a year. That’s how bad it is. Stay away.

Great 24 hours service. Also there is a minute clinic available, helpful staff, and a variety of pharmacy products to choose, from brand to several generic options

Always interviewing but rarely hiring. Their facing a few lawsuits regarding their healthcare takeover and prescription drugs, so maybe I dodged a bullet by working somewhere else.
