Jim and staff are definitely 5 Stars! Data Docs has been maintaining my computer for many years. The Unlimited Service Membership is worth every penny and then some! I recently had to get a new laptop and they made the transition a Breeze!! They only had it for a few days to set it up for me and transfer my files!!! Do yourself a favor and get this service! Thanks, also to Keegan and Neil! Could not be happier with their service and computer maintenance!!

James and Joshua are the best doctors to treat a sick computer. I have taken my computer to their store in Chandler innumerable times. I know they are there to help with all the knowledge they have.
I have delt with James most of the time. I find him to be a kind and caring professional. And I know, Joshua gives the same treatment to any customer needing help for an ailing computer.
Your computer will always be in good hands with both "doctors".

It took about 6 weeks to fix our computer with multiple trips to return the computer for more work. Finally, however, the computer was returned to us and works fine. Thanks to all those who helped get it back in working shape!

Request to install McAffee security not done although part of requested service from 1st meeting. Because I do not understand computers, the suggestion to call McAfee and request a refund sounds like a call ending in frustration.
