My older computer was hacked. I took it to Data Doctors and they totally rebuilt my old one and it runs like new. They got rid of all the junk and installed a security system that is much better than my old one. In addition I enrolled in their support systems so my system gets a check up every 3 months. The guys are super friendly and are very understanding when a "senior" user calls and asks them questions. Hands down the best computer repair store in Chandler, Arizona.

I had a computer that I needed the info transferred to a new drive. Went to Best Buy they broke the drive and took zero responsibility for it. My daughter had used Data Doctors before and suggested I use them, which was a blessing they repaired the older broken drive and transferred the info I needed!! Now I will only use them NEver Ever use Best Buy for anything it will cost you more in the end! Use Data Doctors instead plus they are friendlier!!

I have been a Data Doctors customer for over 30 years and in all this time would never go anywhere else. In fact, the owner of Data Doctors was my tech when I first started with the company. I keep the Quality Care program up and have experienced great service with all the techs. The company is managed so well and the people are so professional. I have used many techs and they all are wonderful. It's great when they can remote in to fix minor things. I love you Data Doctors!

I use the Data Doctors location in Chandler, AZ and am signed up for Quality Care Complete. In that program I get my computer serviced every 3 months. Scott and Lucas take great care of me and complete the service very quickly. For that I am thankful because I need my computer. I highly recommend the Data Doctors service.

Will never be back. Wrong diagnosis. Was not power supply or hard drive. Went somewhere else who found it was the logic board. They fixed issue and there was no evaluation fee like DD.

Scott did a great job of transferring all of my files & select programs from my old laptop to my new laptop. Accessing everything on my new laptop was seamless! I can also confidently donate my old laptop.

This business is amazing. Such excellent service and understanding that some of us are a bit technically challenged. I purchased their ongoing service agreement and it is one of the smartest business moves I have ever made. They say what needs to be done and then do it with no fuss. How refreshing! I've been using these folks for several years and they always provide good, timely, and accurate service and I like the Quality Care program. Their automated appointment reminder system leaves something to be desired, however. Who wants to be woken up at 6:00 on Sunday morning by a text reminding them that they have a 9:00 am appointment on Monday???!!! This needs to be fixed!

The folks at Data Doctors have always been great to deal with. They have been very helpful and know their business. Have dealt with Scott since 2017 and he has been great. Have recommended Data Doctors to several of my friends. Have a computer issue - go see the Doctors.
