A great banking establishment that actually takes good care of its members. With reasonable loan rates, excellent online banking software/phone apps, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. It is banking the way it should be, with integrity.

Athyna took my husband and I for a circle jerk of a ride with an endless amount of phone tag, causing us to have to drive an hour away to withdraw cash from our bank for a down payment (which was very difficult and stressful by the way) just for her co workers to tell us they don’t accept cash as a down payment and you don’t even give the down payment to them!!! Interesting. Also really interesting that we played phone tag with about 8 different bankers all giving us contradictory information which inevitably made closing on our vehicle very difficult. They so adamantly want you to come in so they can “scan your ID in person” even though they have a scan of it already, just so it can open up the opportunity to sell you things you don’t want or need. Lastly, they will go back and fourth on if you can docusign anything or not, but after playing circle jerk with 8 different reps in 3 days they finally allow a docusign. All in all, no one here has consistent answers, knows what they are saying, and will make everything more difficult then it needs to be so they can bring you in the branch to sell you something. The only person who actually helped us was Chandler and he does not work at this horrible branch.

Great staff! Branch manager opened our accts. Location and accessibility not the most convenient at this location. So I recommend going to a stand alone branch to do your day to day banking.

In WALMART!!!!!Desert Financial is now a WalMart Bank!!I needed some cash, had no idea this was in WM!! I had to find a parking spot, wait in line while shoppers did their banking at the one ATM, after I got cash, had to get change at the 4 tellers, they wouldn’t just give me change, I had to give my acct#, the names and SS#s of my sons and give a blood sample before I could get 2 10’s for a 20 dollar bill, only so I could tip the movers that came to my house.
