Self wash area was dirty and they didn’t provide all of the products that they listed on their website without us having to ask several times. The tub also had a very steep ramp that my super athletic Aussies could not climb as it had no grip and was solid steel. So we had to pick up our 60lbs Aussies to place them in the tub which is hard for me to do. That being said, the staff was nice and the shampoo product they gave us (after asking) was very high quality.

Great concept pay by the hour they had everything thing I needed and will be my go to place until I don't need anymore totally worth the 45 min drive, I want to open a self serve dog wash in my town !!!

I been coming here for about 2 years now and Leo is amazing with my dog. I was going to petsmart before coming here and they always called me to pick up my dog because they couldn’t groom him, Or when they did they would do a horrible job. That’s how I came across this shop and Leo is amazing with my dog. I have never had a problem they are amazing.

Would only do a self bath here. Not happy with how I saw groomers grooming small dogs. Flipping them around. Not very clean either.

We've been taking our Bernedoodle here for about 6 - 7 months now and I can confidently say this is our groomer. The owner does an amazing job and, unlike our previous groomer, Dippity's cuts are even and look great as our dog continues to grow out. He takes great notes and will give you the same consist cut and groom each time or you can ask for modifications (ears a little longer this time, etc.). We really love this place.

He made my dog bleed with the nail clippers today. It was a walk-in. My dog was very still. He cut very quickly and was simply careless. He put some kind of putty on the nail to stop the bleeding and charged me $10. Tried explaining to me that dogs nails bleed when they cut the vein. Obviously we know that, so his explanation and drawing of the vein on a sticky note was completely unnecessary. He did not apologize. Professional dog groomers should know how to avoid this. He cleaned the blood off the floor before I could take a picture. I do not recommend taking your dog here.

I've been taking my pom-mix to Leo and he does an outstanding job every time. We just went in again this morning and once again I'm so impressed with how he takes care of my little guy. My furball can get a bit nervous when other people handle him but Leo is so good with him and my dog is in such a great mood every time I pick him up from grooming. The front desk staff have been friendly and helpful every time I've gone in or called. This place is a true gem!
