Got affordable tires placed on my car here. Dealers cost was about $300 more expensive. However, they scratch up my rim.

This location usually has excellent customer service. The air check guys are great! The guy named Micheal at the front counter has a very unwelcoming way of talking to people. This weak link in customer service will lose me as a customer for sure.

I took my car in for new tires after speaking to a gentleman on the previous day. He told me I could drop my car off early because I have to work. I attempted to. There was a guy inside and I know he saw me outside the door. Anyways he didn’t open it, I left and came back at 8. Why don’t you have a key box for early drop offs and why is your associate so rude and not come to the door? Tyler was great and knew I didn’t have anymore time to waste. In and out in 5 minutes. Thank you!

Came in just before noon on Sept. 20th with my work truck. The tire pressure monitor had come on for the driver's side, rear tire. Spoke with 'Justun', who was a bit rude, and told him I needed a patch or plug because the rear tire had a leak. He looked at the tire, came back in and proceeded to look up the fleet service and said he'd let me know when it gets approved. After ½ hour or so waiting, I asked him if he was able to get it approved and he said 'Yeah, you're 4th in line'. And that's the last time I saw him. No other update from him or anything. When my truck was done, I had a new tire, not a plug or patch. They didn't ask if I wanted the new tire, what type of tire I could get, NOTHING. They did the work WITHOUT my authorization or notifying me. If this is their standard practice for doing work, without customer approval, I will NEVER bring my personal vehicle here, let alone my work truck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The worst laid out and slowest discount tire I have ever been too. I have been in line since 7:58 am, 6th car back and it's been 38 minutes and this guy has only aired up like 5 cars in 40 mins. The line ends up out on chandler Blvd blocking traffic too. Do not come here for air if you need to be anywhere soon...

Even with an appointment fixing/removing screw in tire takes over an hour and 20 min. Way too long.

Honestly recommend not to come here. Got a text that my car is ready. Came in and asked Michael, he said it will be out soon. The guy didn’t even check. Waited for 30 mins just to find out its been ready the whole time. If you have to come here dont go to Michael

Today I stopped in to get an air check/ possible flat repair for a friend's vehicle. We traveled cross-country to get some medical treatment for her son and it has been a super expensive trip for her (her husband passed away last year) . The front tires had considerable wear and needed to be replaced. I absolutely dreaded having to call and tell her this.
Victor was an absolute ANGEL! He got us set up and everything taken care of and we are all beyond grateful to him for his goodness and kindness.
Everyone at this location was wonderful!

Totally Great place to service your tires. I had ran over a screw on the highway to work and was losing PSI overnight. Took it to discount today and Bryan Drew and Christopher K were totally awesome. Checked my tire figured out what was wrong and sealed it for me. Didn't even cost me a dime either. What great service and a great company!
