They refused to patch my tire, would only sell me a new tire. I left, my husband took it to a different discount tire and they patched it quickly with no questions. I rarely give bad reviews but women need to be treated fairly in the industry.

Went to the Chandler store for them to fix a spare tire valve stem, which was done promptly by installing a new one, I will say 30 minutes it was all the took for this fix, despite the fact that they were super busy. But mt surprise was when when they showed my an invoice with zero dollars due. Definitely I know where I am buying a new set of wheels for my car or pickup when that time comes up.

Nathan from discount tire was very professional and helpful, I needed a tire patch and to my surprise they do patch service for free! I was used to paying other shops 20 bucks for a patch, also I got a quote for new tires for the future and their prices are unbeatable!

I’m very happy with discount tire. Their service is amazing. I was able to get my tires replaced within two hours that they told me they would have it ready. I recommend this place 10 out of 10.

Thanks for the free air check! Sadly my interaction with the boy filling my tires with air was less than savory. My tires are from 2019 so sure, they aren’t the newest and need changing sometime soon. This employee looked me in the eyes and said “because you’re young, I’ll put it nicely…your tires are going to explode.” To add a side note this kid looks like 20 so I don’t know why he was speaking to me like I was 16. Yes, I will be replacing my tires! But not at this location due to the poor customer service training on a young. He also said that my tires were SO BAD that if I even see a pot hole I should “cut across three lanes of traffic” in order to avoid said pot hole. Don’t tell a customer anxiety inducing news because it’s your job to sell tires. That could’ve been handled so much more maturely. But he’s like 20 so what do I know.

I have been a Discount Tire patron for over 20 years. I find their prices to be more than fair and their tires to be of excellent quality. I recently had to replace all four of my tires and was complaining to the salesperson about the increase in cost. He alerted me to the fact that the tires that I was looking at we're going to be going on sale soon and that I should wait to replace them. I bought them while they were on sale and the way I structured the purchase I saved an extra 10% by using my Discount Tire credit card and by making the purchase under Rakuten I recovered another 5% off of the purchase price. When I was done, my $1,200 tires cost me $950.

Been a loyal customer here, got all 4 of my tires here. I always appreciate the free tire pressure check from discount tire, I think that is an amazing service this company provides for everyone!When my TPMS light is on, the first thing that comes to my mind is discount tire. I usually go to whichever location is convenient to me at that moment.At this location in chandler, everyone waited patiently in line for the free tire pressures check. I myself waited an hour for it and the car behind me waited 45mins. To access the tire pressure check line, you enter from West Chandler blvd. However, some people will try to cut in line and enter from North Pennington dr.This one lady tried to squeezed in front of me to cut in line and I wouldn't let her, everyone in the line was honking at her. This action caught the employees attention and they came to talk to the lady who tried to cut in line. After 15mins of negotiations with this lady, the employee invited her to the front and gave her the special treatment and gave her the pressure check first ahead of everyone that was patiently waited in line.I couldn't stand this kind of behavior of the wrong doing. So I stepped out of my car and walked to the front and explained that this lady cannot be treated like a VIP when she just cut in front of everyone else.At the end, after my long explanation, they finally turned this lady away and sent her back to the end of the line. Thank you for doing the right thing at the end.
