They got me out of a nightmare apartment (from a completely different property not associated with them) to these new beautiful ones ASAP! My girls and i are so happy here! Love the amenities, love the people here, its safe, quiet, great location. Im gonna love it here so much!

The apartments are older but remodeled, nice landscaping. Quiet when it comes to street traffic, great location. The new management has been wonderful, maintenance is a little slow here so put in requests as soon as you need it, when they arrive they are nice guys.

EDIT- if I could give a negative star review I would give them -10 stars. I have also emailed the customer service email and they have never responded. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management is trash. I have been here over four years and I had to move to a new apartment in January. I have had issues with my toilet basically the whole time. I am in a one bedroom and having a toilet that doesn't work is stressful, I have had a work order in for ten days and have resubmitted it and nothing. I call, they NEVER answer the phone, they don't return voicemails. They never communicate with the residents about work orders and just let them go unanswered for over ten days. I called the emergency line, nothing. This place is called luxury apartments, is the luxury on the room with us? I have not and will not ever suggest anyone move into a Sares Regis managed community. If you want to waste a lot of money on a management company that doesn't at all care to foster relationships with the tenants, then this place is for you. Original post-I’ve lived here over 4 years, this is by far the worst property management I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend living here. Didn’t have a complaint with the previous property management but sares regis is a terrible property management company.
