I usually love shopping this store, but lately they have been out of stock of almost everything I buy! I was making dinner and needed biscuits but they were out!! I am SO furious because they always have them in stock!! The one time that I really needed them but they were out! They weren't expecting to get restocked for a whole week! I guess they aren't interested in keeping the customers that they already have!!

Came in the evening with my kids as I’m at the checkout the older employee is mopping behind me or more so right in between my legs as I also had my toddler walking around. I asked him to place a wet floor sign so people won’t fall especially if kids are walking and proceeded to say “well that’s what I’m here for” and as I’m walking out he was basically chasing me out with the nasty mop. I did not see this older guy place a sign at all and people were coming into the store.

Went at open, THE MAN WHO OPENED THE STORE WAS IN A BAD MOOD AND EXTREMELY RUDE. Made me not want to be in the store. I felt totally unsafe

I would give this store a negative star if I could. First of all, the door isn't open to shop when it's supposed to be. When they do open the door they aren't friendly at all. I went to buy dog food and I had a coupon which scanned no problem. After the cashier scanned the coupon she handed to the manager, he said it was fraud. So they accused me of fraud and then threatened to call the police. I told them to please call the police. So they kicked me out. I immediately called dollar General Corp and reported the manager and cashier. Waiting for the district manager to call me back. This dollar Generalis the worst one that I have ever shopped at. They must be coupon haters or jealous of those that use them.

I have no idea why this Dollar General location has so many stars… The staff do not care about the coupons at all. Their pick up ordering never works and they also cancel! The place always has those random boxes everywhere. Are the managers ever there? I have been shopping here for two years and almost every time I have a bad experience. It really makes me not want to go but as I previously said their pick up orders never work. Most of the staff (not all) are not attentive, friendly or professional. When it comes to Saturday or Sunday the store is empty. I haven’t seen one. There also seems to be a lot petty drama between staff members. May I remind you I’m only a customer and they make It very apparent.. Professional training seems to be needed. I genuinely love Dollar General but this location is not the best.

I've been to more than one location and was a regular customer which I am no longer due to the fact that all their menu is a load of crap. Everything they use is not low sugar, you ask for something low carb and they make it for you using the purée which has A LOT of sugars and other s**** Also, after having a bug in my shake, i never got another shake again. I remember walking in and a bunch of flys were in the store (Val vista/pecos). Store was in miserable shape. Gilbert and warner is another terrible store. I felt like I wasn't being accommodated as customer compared to my home store. When asking for refund for the shake, she told me she didn't know how to do that. How ridiculous....

The older lady with glasses who works nights is rude. My husband and I came in and she followed us through the whole store. When we checked out with the few items I had she didn't say anything to us, just rang us up threw out stuff in the bag and threw it on the counter. We paid and the whole time she is sighing and tapping on her watch. It was my first time shopping there and I'll never be back.

Excellent customer service!! I was able to find part of what I needed and the cashier was so helpful to help me locate some of it. The store is very pleasant to shop in.
