I went to the dollar tree at 8:25pm tonight and the door was locked. I saw quite a few people inside shopping. I assumed that the door was jammed. There were a handful of people waiting outside to be let in. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the manager unlocks the door to let out a couple of customers and just rudely says they are closed. I asked why they were closed early and all she says is that they are closed. It would have been nice if they updated their hours or maybe put a sign on the door.

I don’t know what’s going on but the black man with the four teeth has got some major issues. He has a big attitude problem and shouldn’t be left alone to work. He needs assistance and gets overwhelmed quickly which resulted in an attitude I was not to fond of. I told him his attitude was none of my business and he calmed down a bit but that is no way to Interact with customers who have been patient in line during his interactions with other customers

This place hasn't been the same since the last manager. I don't know what has happened to this place. Every time I come in Claire is ay the register she doesn't speak, doesn't say thank you. She lacks good customer service. Today I stood at the counter for 7 minutes waiting to he checked out and a line was formed behind me. A random person (maybe not so random not sure)came into the store picked up the phone and pressed a button. Guess who the cashier was? Yep it was Claire. She was mean mugging the lady that picked up the phone but I explained to her that we all have been waiting to be checked out. It was some honest people in that store because we ALL could've walked out without paying!

Because of the recent tornado in Oklahoma, the Dollar Trees I visited in Chandler AZ area are very low on inventory. More stock is needed but not coming soon, I understand. I hope these stores get the supplies they need soon!

This is a clean, well kept dollar tree store. They’re missing quite a few birthday items that we wanted, but they might’ve just been low on stock that day.

Male employee working 10/23 was rude to many customers and everyone could hear him. Waiting in line listening to his rudeness and annoyance with each customer just for shopping there. Not okay.

Rude employee said "Just to let you guys know, we're closing early at 9:40. I don't know why, of all days, everyone's coming in and I have to say this." Didn't receive a thank you when I checked out, or any positive response. This store is nice in the daytime but alright. Thanks guys ?

A customer shouldn't be treated like a nuisance, absolutely rock bottom customer service here. Won't be back to this store ever, I'll drive the extra distance from now on.
