I am very pleased with the outstanding customer service in this store. In particular, Emily Cowan was very helpful, she has deep knowledge on paint patterns and HOA standards. She spent a lot of time with me, answered my questions, and made me realize that they offer many options, much more than I thought. Very grateful for Emily’s help

Walked in and stood there for several minutes. Sat down to wait for someone and no one said ANYTHING to us. They walked by me and my family and they didn’t say a word. I’m hoping for better service at another location.

I've been buying dunn Edwards paint as a personal consumer for 40 years. I have always pre-ordered my paint by phone for pickup. Last week i called and rep was super nice. after my $300+ order was picked up I discovered i was missing 2 gallons. It was just missed. A mistake. I called to reorder the 2 gallons and the DE rep said they don't take orders over the phone. He was rude and said the guy last week was wrong. Too bad. I tried to order online and paint I wanted said out of stock. I guess i now understand why everyone is going to Sherwin Williams these days. Customer service is a zero.

Great service! I walked in 15 minutes prior to closing and was never rushed. I was able to purchase my paint and be out the door by 5pm.

This is my second time to this store, both times customer service was superb. As soon as I walked into the store the person acknowledged and me and was very helpful when it was my turn. First time I went the gentleman helping me patiently assisted me as I looked over the sample chart to help select colors. Of course the product is paint which I believe is of a very good quality and will satisfy my exterior painting project.

Shane, the manager, was so generous and accommodating today! Yesterday we bought a gallon of paint based on a flaked off piece from our footings. After painting a few feet. We noticed it just did not match. Went back to the store to get another sample but only bought a quart. This one matched! Today we went back to buy another gallon of the correct color. Shane was patient and helped us get a match! Great customer service!! Thank you Shane Saba for taking good care of us!!

Super friendly staff! I went on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm and I was the only customer in-store so I did receive quick, priority service for retrieving my paint. I did go on a Saturday morning one time and it was very busy, so it was about a 45 minute wait. Pick the right time to go and you can be in&out so fast!

Dunn Edwards at 105 W. Ocotillo in Chandler AZ is the WORST! I called and asked if they had curbside. I was told no. I called another DE store and they said we all have curbside. I asked the Ocotillo store about a discount we get for being a resident in a certain community. The store rep said "You have to come inside to get that". I ordered a sample online and a mistake was made by "corporate" and I got a totally wrong color. The Ocotillo store said I had to call Customer Service because they could not fix it because I ordered online. I called Customer Service twice, emailed once and even when I spoke with a "real person" who said he would call back, I received no call or email. Lance at the Chandler Blvd store said they would have given me a refund and fixed the problem. I am NOT going back to the Ocotillo store even if it is closer to home. I do not recommend them at all... zero stars.
