I love going to this EOS but have noticed that the pool water condition has recently deteriorated. It's very cloudy, meaning chemicals out of balance, filter not working or organic matter in the water. I think you have to get someone that knows how to balance the chemicals and maintain the pool. In the long run it's more cost effective to get in someone daily to maintain the pool rather than having to drain and refill it.I was speaking to some other swimmers today and they all feel the same way. One said the water had a strange smell. It's a shame because you have a beautiful facility. Thanks for anything you can do. ??

First review ever written to warn everyone of this absolute SCAM. Was told I could get a seven day free pass since I was moving to AZ. When I went in, I was told I had to sign up for a first month for $10 even though I was only visiting for 7 days. They said I could cancel after 7 days and that I wouldn’t be charged the annual fee. Long story short, I was charged over 80 dollars and have been told over and over again that I’d be reimbursed. I’ve escalated it to their manager and after reassuring me they’d refund me, they’ve just stopped responding. Never been treated so poorly as a customer. I spent so much money to try it out for less than a week. I sincerely hope they make this right even though we are coming in six months after the fact.

Been going to this place for a while now and the employees have always been helpful and went out of their way to assist me. Bella, Austin, james, Moses, Ava, and Laurence to list a few have all assisted me in my gym journey. Highly recommend coming here!

If it wasn't for the 2 people at the front counter who were awesome, this review would be a 1. My son and I went in just to get more information and ended up being talked into signing up ..sales rep used all of the standard high pressure sales techniques (discovered this by doing my research online). When we left my son said he felt pressured to sign up and that he didn't really want to...personal training contract was $75 a week and with him only working part time it just wasn't financially possible. So within the hour we went back and told them we wanted to cancel. He said HE couldn't cancel it, even tho he claimed to be the general manager.and we had to come back and deal with Jonah the following day. So following morning we come back and are told Jonah is too busy to talk to us. But the 2 people at the front desk are EXTREMELY helpful and VERY nice (wish I could remember their names now but was a guy and a girl) they were the redeeming qualities of those gym and the ONLY reason I didn't give a 1. The man at the desk helped us with how to cancel and advised of 3 day right to rescind..which I was aware of. We were wrapping things up when suddenly Jonah was available. He just wasnt taking no for an answer no matter what we said and it went on and on and on. He tried to pressure us guilt us, intimidate us. We stuck to the fact that he just can't afford it..which he can't. And we were told we would receive a call from someone regarding canceling..which we FINALLY were able to do.

I recently visited to sign up for a membership. Initially, the staff were welcoming and provided a tour. However, after signing up, they tried to upsell me on their coaching program. When I declined, the manager, Josiah, came in and repeatedly told me that I was 'setting myself up to fail' without their program. They continued to repeat the same scripted lines for half an hour after multiple refusals. I canceled my membership within the hour.
