I was just there and they tried to sell me a car for more then was advertised online. On top of that, they offered me over $3000 less for a trade in that I was offered at another dealer. I'm not into haggling over numbers so this was not the place for me

Terrible sales experience. I ordered a car from the factory. The salesman was terrible about communicating status or answering questions. Car arrives and it's not equipped as promised by the salesman. General manager offers an apology and no response to request for consideration. I'm canceling the service contracts I purchased with the car and taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this dealership if you value customer service at all.

My service provider Aaron is amazing. No like for real amazing! Earnhardt chandler used to be my go to service spot when I lived in the area. Unfortunately I had to move across town, but recently coming here for a quick service appointment made me realize I made a mistake leaving this place!! I'm definitely making the drive to bring my car back here again.

We had to get a used vehicle on 9/29/23 because our original vehicle was stolen. The process of financing was ok. However, two weeks later on 10/12/23, the vehicle's A/C stopped working. We were able to get the problem diagnosed and called the dealer to get this addressed and were given run around that they were going to speak to the GM. No callbacks. My husband had to call multiple times. By Friday afternoon we were told to call back Monday. Again, no call backs. My husband finally spoke to someone who told us there was nothing they could do because it was still operable and the problem was not the drive terrain. We live in AZ where it is still 95 in October. Very unfortunate to get a vehicle that was sold as is with a working A/C and in two weeks it is now not working and according to the dealer, there is nothing they can do.

Not what you'd consider Cadillac quality. I purchased a used 2011 Ford Mustang here on August 11, 23. The leather paneling had detached on the inside of each door, typical issue with Mustangs. Earnhardt Cadillac agreed to work in the cost of repair into the purchase of the vehicle and stated their service department would reach out to schedule the work.I still hadn't heard from them after nearly 2 weeks so I contacted the service department myself on August 24th to inquire about the repairs and scheduled an appointment for September 1st. After arriving to pickup the vehicle on Sept. 1, the gentleman helping us forewarned that the quality of work on the repair wasn't what was expected but that he would follow up with the upholstery service they use after Labor Day to see what could be done to correct the work. When I saw the doors I couldn't believe they would let such shoddy work be done in the first place, but I was hopeful that they would correct it.I never heard back from the guy as I expected on that Tuesday but figured they'd be busy after the holiday weekend. I waited until Thursday Sept 7th before caving and calling him back to follow up myself. He was still waiting for information from the company they worked with and said he would call me the next day, I never received a call from him that Friday. I called again Saturday and wasn't able to get him on the phone. I called again a week later on Sept 14th in the morning and again in the afternoon trying to get some answers. The guy finally called me back that afternoon and said the best he could do was get me discounted labor to redo the work they had botched and quoted me $325 per door to fix it. I've taken the car to several other upholstery services and am receiving similar quotes because of how poorly Cadillac did with the initial repair. It seems they super glued the leather panels back on the doors. There's glue residue left around the panels as well that refuses to come up. This is the worst service I've ever received and they didn't even reimburse me for the crap work. It's been over a month and I was holding off this review in hopes they would correct their wrongdoing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

WOW! What excellent customer service. From the time I drove up Matthew immediately came over to see what my needs were. I worked with Raul and it was such a great experience. So not what I am used to from Jessup Cadillac in CA. These folks are a shining example of the Cadillac experience and sure could teach some customer service skills to other Cadillac dealerships. Bravo Earnhardt Cadillac!

Just want to say how impressed I was with Jason Briggs , the service and parts director at Earnhardt Cadillac and his team todayI had a difficult parts issue to help find a passenger grab bar for my 2023 Escalade for my wife’s safety.Jason and his team including an awesome tech and Freddie in parts took the time to listen,, research the issue, and provide multiple solutions for the short term and longer term. They could have just blown me off and said sorry we cannot help you.But they did not.I was so impressed and very appreciative.Jaon is a hands on leader and this team is impressive and works well together.Thank you all .

The customer service is fantastic. They will do everything possible to make your service visit just like home. I was impressed with how everyone had a smile on their face asking if we needed anything and their Concierge Service is fantastic.

I’ve purchased two SUV Cadillacs in the last 7 years, the decision to buy my second one was primarily due to the service experience I received from Nick and his team at the service department.Imagine my surprise when I show up to my service appointment and am told that the price of the oil change/service is now $101, up 93% from what I paid in January of $53 ?I was told that it was due to parts going up.Inflation is definitely up, but I didn’t realize it went up by 93% for oil change/service on Caddis. I would not have cared to pay an extra 20% but almost double seems insane. To my dismay, I also found out the long time five star ⭐️ service manager Nick is gone.Coincidence??I appreciated that the young man at the counter told me the price BEFORE the service, and not after.

The place to get your car. Good customer service and highly oriented and knowledgeable about the cars they sell. Ced helped me a lot. Let your family and friends know because this is your location for the best Cadillac deals coupled with deals on other make and models they carry.I love Earnhardt Chandler.

Proceed at your own risk. I am out of state. They sold me a 2021 M2. It was a beautiful car, but the front window sensors were missing. They insisted that they inspected it and that nothing was wrong, but I got an error on the car the second day I had it. When I called them to ask them to help me fix the issue, since it was not disclosed during the sales process, they admitted that the previous owner had changed the windshield, but declined to help with the faulty repair. If they had told me about the issue, I would not be upset, but they insist that the error was not there when they had it and its not their problem. The BMW dealer told me without that sensor, the issue would have presented itself before I got it. Bottomline - Don't trust these guys. Their "internal 3rd party inspection" is bunk and they will not disclose issues to you. Once you buy the car, its your problem. Cost me $1000 dollars. I attached the proof from BMW that the issue would have been apparent and Earnhardt ignored it.

I bought my Cadillac in late November and have had fantastic treatment by everyone at this dealership. Carter Haley in sales was easy to deal with and Paul Kirwan in service has taken great care of me. I have interacted with the management team as well to provide my verbal positive feedback. Don't hesitate doing business with this great organization.

Aaron and the whole staff at a Earnhardt are wonderful to deal with. They are professional, caring, and explain everything to me. The waiting room is delightful with snacks and beverages.
