My car engine light was on, AutoZone diagnose it they said oil pump. made app. I explained to George what I saw and what AutoZone says. took them days and get back to me with a list of issues. oil pump is one of them they quoted me 6k+ American car shield take care of 4k. this is where all the lying and manipulating started. they said my car was done and i picked it up after 8 days. drove it for one hr car smiled like smoke and again i stopped by at AutoZone and diag. car again and they said the car still have same oil pump never replaced to begin with. took it back again took them 5 days just to diag. due to her is the lie again "we dont have the machine to diag oil pressure at this time we are looking all over the valley" first of all, George never answers his phone until you left him a very angry voice mail or showed up at shop. part manger Nicholas and Bryan is the worst layer in whole world! long story short my car got messed up instead of fixing it with all the money i spent. still having issue. highly NOT recommended!!

I've never experienced a service department this bad in my life. Technician caught in a lie, "computer issues", too many issues to list. Just go somewhere else.

My Cadiliac that has 12413 miles on it has a recall and I wanted to get a oil change. Made appointment 2 weeks in advance with the details. On the day of my appointment when I arrived early, they had no record of the appointment even showing the service writer the email and four text messages confirming the appointment. Then they notified me that they will need 3 to 5 days for the recall and couldnt guarantee that it would be fixed. It is obvious that this dealership is mismanaged and shouldnt even be allowed to handle GM repairs. Go somewhere else you will be better off for it!

One of the worst dealerships I have ever done business with. They sold me a Jeep that is a straight lemon I have put so much money into this car it is ridiculous. The lady that sold me the car told me that in 1 year I could trade the jeep in.. when I went to do that they said they needed $4,000 in order to do anything... mind you I put $0 down nor did I have a trade in when I got that Jeep.. if you know what's good for you do not waste your time. I am mad that I am stuck in a car that literally breaks down every 2 months. Horrible horrible car dealership.Update: to anyone looking for a good car spot this is not it.. I have had to get repairs on this car every 60 days the first repair was $600: the second repair $777 now I gotta take it in again for a whopping 1,249.09 they sale straight lemons at this this place**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM***

If I could leave a zero rating I would ! This dealership Sucks! They have no customer service at all. They Lie to make a sale. Purchased the vehicle less than 3 months ago, battery is completely dead & all I get is a 'it's Arizona ". Not offered a discount any form of compensation or reasonable solution. The last Chevy dealer I bought from, there customer service was extraordinary, 2014 Silverado it got a flat due to nails in the highway, had the truck for about 6/7 months at that point. Called my salesman had the tires replaced balanced and rotated at no cost. I definitely went back and purchased a second vehicle at which was delivered to my job at the time. That @Earnhardtchevrolet is how you receive repeat business. Loyalty . These people Suck,so consumer beware when dealing with them!'

Well I guess there is no such thing anymore called service after the sale.My 2021 silverado has several issues and when I called to get it in for service the person I spoke to said we can get it in next week. That is a week from now and she that is the best we can do. I said I bought the truck there and she said next week we can look at it.Very disappointed and I can see why the rating is a 2. Do something about your service department read the reviews. I have been in customer service for 40 years and this is not how you get repeat customers. I will go somewhere else for my service and will not buy my next truck here. Did I mention this is the third truck I bought from them. No more for me.

Bought a Chevy Silverado last August, drove off the lot and within 10 minutes lights were on, my seatbelt, tires. Sent pics to my sales person Josh, and he said I could turnaround or go to any other dealership. I was already late and had already spent a lot of time at this dealership. After taking to get 2 new tires, yes 2 new tires because the tires were shit on the truck when sold to me, I thought this would solve the tire light issue as well. I was told the light was on because I had no sensors, that they were probably removed when the truck was turned in by previous owner by the dealership. I called and expressed this where I was basically told it was my problem. This dealership and my salesperson are a joke. Go somewhere else.

For car service, BEST PLACE TO GO. Francisco is our go to guy! His customer service is amazing and we never go wrong. For buying a car, usually it's not as stressing. But it got done. I traded my 2020 Malibu for a 2022 Blazer. The car sales man wasn't as ready to make a deal. I had my mind set on the blazer. They only had 3 options, and no 4x4's , but 1 blazer with a premium package. The dealer was trying to sell me a basic blazer with no automatic start or any safety features as I had requested. For the same price as the premium blazer they had. Since they didn't want to sell me the premium blazer they tried to sell me 4 random used vehicles about $43k each for the same price as the new blazers. They came up with some excuse to not sell the new vehicle but to give me a used one. I felt uncomfortable most of the process. But I'm super happy with my car. Maybe I'll just stick to Midway from now on for cars.

TL;DR I got my 2017 Corolla from here although they weren't the best.I initially intended to just look at a used Corolla they had that I found online. I went there and was immediately greeted by the sales men standing in front of the dealership. They also had a petting zoo which I guess was cool? Although that really didn't increase the chance of me buying from them. I mean honestly, I still don't know why there was a petting zoo there. But I guess it's just a gimmick.Speaking of gimmicks... they got me test driving the vehicle (ran great but had a few cosmetic issues that was enough reason for me to check out a different Corolla at another dealership) and then the negotiations happened. A lot of this number and that number but I was looking for the ultimate "total" number. I knew what I wanted in terms of the car but I also came prepared with a pre-approved loan so I knew what I can afford and at what interest rate. The Corolla was in that ball park. So it still surprised me that they offered their own financing to get me to see that I would be paying a "low" monthly payment. That low monthly payment is really a loan with an interest rate higher than what I already got pre-approved with a longer payment period. They also were "required" to add OneArmor and this security thing to the total which I did not want at all. I asked if they can just remove it so I can get the car for less but they said they can't. Few more negotiations but I put my foot down since I had another scheduled viewing to go to. They asked what it would take for me to buy the car right there and then: I told them that I want the car for a reasonable total price and without the unnecessary extras and for the scratches/dents to be fixed. They agreed to the price, promised me that they would fix the scratches, and still included the extras (without the up-charge). I SIGNED THE DEAL!Fast forward to a month and I go back to the dealership to get the scratches and dents fixed but they said they need an IOU for them to fix it. I wasn't given one. Sure, I think I got a good deal. I just wish that all of that non-sense dealership gimmicks didn't have to happen.
