I drove 50+ miles to buy my new corvette, it was well worth it. Sales manager scott I had talk/text with send me all the details on the corvette. Trades prices were discussed & everything was agreed on. The next few days I came in and was greeted by salesman Justin, Justin help me out. They gave me all the time to decide if I wanted to make the deal on the corvette! I was so happy about the deal on the corvette that I even bought a second car too!!’n it was a new Malibu. Again the second car deal was awesome!! So I went home with 2 new cars! A 2024 corvette & a Malibu. Thanks again to my salesman JUSTIN. Also sales manager SCOTT. A thanks to Nick the sale manager that was in charge filling in for Scott as he was off work when I came in. Great experience and a awesome sales team at Earnhart Chevrolet ?

No communication at all, left me waiting in lounge for over 4 hrs, Was told they were going to come talk to me about the status never showed up until 4 hrs later. Then they told me if I wanted a rental or just wait another hour to see if my vehicle would be done. I chose a rental, Good thing, my truck wasnt done until 2 days later I had to call and bug to find out what was going on . No updates or calls. Never will I buy accessories here again Billy is horrible . Jason W is not bad he took over for Billy ,cuz I wasn't getting anywhere with him.

Jason took care of me from start to finish. Car was immaculately detailed, looked new in and out. A problem, screw in the front tire. They tried to fix, but put a brand new tire on at their expense. Sent me home accross the valley in a loner, a new loaner, not a piece of junk. Great experience, I would buy again from this dealer.

I was able to get my car in in a timely manner. I appreciated the shuttle service and the loaner car. AJ kept me posted via text on my car which was helpful since it took longer than expected to fix my car.

Excellent service, bought a new 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 3.0 L Duramax and it runs perfect on the road. Sad to add to emissions but overall 10/10 performance and servicing.

It was a wonderful experience buying my first car from a dealership. I was able to take as much time as needed to make my decision. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The dealer did everything he could to make the experience smooth and exciting and he was very knowledgeable.

Sales department, mainly Jason Krzesowski, amazing. Great experience. But service department gave the worst experience I've ever had with zero responsibility taken for their mistakes, causing my time and money to be wasted. Tyler Adams needs much more training in customer service, phone/text etiquette and general vehicle knowledge. I also see complaints about Nick Walag on here and that he is the one answering these reviews. Sir, I have never experienced someone with your level in lack of interest in helping or explaining anything for customer service in my life. Just like I told you in your office, you will never have to deal with me again because I will NEVER be back, I meant it. I am certain you don't care now, just like you didn't care as you turned and walked away.*UPDATE The audacity to tell me MY warranty company denied my claim, then you spoke with them and got it all resolved is astounding. They denied my claim because your service people gave them false information about my vehicle. The inspector had to come out because of this false information, then decided on their own that the warranty I purchased was correct and would cover this service. All of my wasted time could have been saved if your service people knew what they were dealing with in looking at a truck I purchased from this lot. Being on hold for 20 minutes while you figure out the incorrect math, resulting in a $28 refund is hardly going this "extra mile" you speak of, only to only have me "stay dissatisfied."

The service manager is very experienced and knowledgeable on vehicles and what services are needed. They offered drop off and pickup service without waiting at the dealership service center. The overall experience is great.

Took my car into Earnhardt Chevy in Chandler, AZ for service. Tyler was my advisor and he was outstanding. Fast service, great communication and all completed under my extended warranty. True professionals. I highly recommend this dealership.

It was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership in over my 50 years. Everything from the prison that IMMEDIATELY greeted me with a smile. All 5 people I engaged with showers a level of customer excellence is that is becoming extinct. I’ve been there numerous times and it has been just average. Off this is the new standard then more dealerships should follow suite.

I expected better repair service from a dealership. They called me to tell me that my tire has a nail in it and if i wanted to have it repaired for $25. I said yes and naturally I thought the mechanic would check the tire pressures on the other tires. Apparently that’s an extra service or an additional charge that no one told me about. Cause I left the dealership with one tire at 38 and the other 3 at 30. And the pressure should be at 36 on all tires. My fault for expecting a dealership to check all the tires for proper working conditions and pressure.

Marty(manager) had been texting me for over a week reassuring me and lying about a car he said I was approved for and would be able to leave with today. I come in I sat and waited for almost an hour, he claims the car sold last night.(Keep in mind this man was texting me last night and mentioned nothing of the sort) He then says he's going to look for more cars for me and sends me to another dealership, and says all these things I need to get the vehicle he never stated before I have all messages and brought my sister, she read them and questioned him and he had nothing but a nonchalant blank stare. Very unprofessional and a waste of time considering I came at 8am and let it be known I had work this morning. Completely ruined my morning and my experience as a first time buyer. He's a liar and unhelpful and I hope this helps the next person check their yelp reviews. Justin on the other hand was very nice, wish I could have worked with him. As a first time buyer I feel taken advantage of, and I just so happen to learn the term "bait and switch" from their reviews. Keep in mind this place was empty, and I can definitely see why now.
