Tom I only asked the dealership to do the tire install at cost it is hard to loose money money on cost when you already made a nice margin on the sale of a car. YOU SUCK.

Since Tex passed the service has really slipped. Don't leave a voicemail for Service Dept or Accessories Dept because it may be a week if you even get return call.Waiting several days for appt on dead battery that's under warranty is unacceptable. Gel type batteries can fail but not taking care of customer who bought vehicle is poor service. LH Miller took it in a day & it was fixed quickly.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was not told that it had aftermarket parts that wasn't covered under the platinum warrant, i love my truck but will never go to Earnhardt Ford for another vehicle

Amazing store Craig Cerdik manager gave me 1 hour filling me in in the car market I was looking to get back into the car business. In from out town. He went way beyond what was normal to help me. Nothing in it for him just shared everything he could. Awesome way to treat someone looking for a position. Highly recommend. I have 28 yrs in business try pro lade le feel like family.

These people simply do not learn. Either that, or departments don't communicate with each other. I haven't texted back STOP simply to see if they can get their act together or if they remain incompetent.Do they realize that this kind of information gets around? I'll be contacting corporate yet again.If someone is foolish enough to respond, I will post that as well. It appears they don't understand boundaries. No means no.

It's hilarious that the earnhardt "no bull" way has now come to include a mark up on vehicles. I can't wait for the day when dealerships are nothing more than a service center and I can order the car I want it straight to my door. No dealership add ons, the actual "no bull" situation.Earnhardt seems to have lost its way that got them to where they are in the first place.

Scheduled an oil change several weeks in advance. Took time off of work for this appointment. I checked my car in and went to the waiting room. 10 minutes later the service rep finds me and informs me the are OUT OF OIL. Completely pathetic service. I will not return to this dealership.

What a joke. I went in only because I live close. I told them what part I need and they gave me a price. I politely told them that their competitor is $100 cheaper and see if they can come close to that price. Some older guy who wasn’t even helping me laughed, so I just went to San Tan Ford to get the part I need much cheaper. I guess it’s funny losing business
