I called ahead to see if they had a particular shoe I was looking for and Aften the manager on duty went and found the shoe in my size and had it held for me. When I arrived she also showed me that they had the same shoe not only in the slip-on I was kidding but in a lace-up version. Great salesperson that she is I ended up buying two pairs of shoes. Since they were having a buy one get one half off sale I was able to get a second pair at a great price. Thank you Aften for all your help. Ecco Corporation needs to know that the Phoenix store has a great staff and as a consumer I greatly appreciate that type of service when I go into a retail store.-Rodney

This store had exactly 1 service representative, who was more interested in standing at the register doing nothing than helping customers and there were only 3 customers. Ecco shoes tend to be very comfortable, but a little service might be nice to help guide the buying process -- especially given how expensive they are.We walked into the Merrill store next door and they had 3 reps working -- 1 at the register and 2 running around the store locating products for the customers and pulling them out for them to be tried on. My mom bought 2 pairs there -- even though she really wanted to buy a pair of Ecco's. But Ecco just wasnt interested in selling shoes.

I have purchased several pairs of both Ecco golf and dress shoes. I was severely disappointed when my Strike 2.0 Hydromax shoes tore right through the leather last week on the second hole while playing with a client. I purchased these 15 months ago, outside their warranty period, but surely this was not user error and they would at least discuss it. Nope, they had no interest and threatened me with legal action if I said on social media that I would never buy another pair of Ecco shoes. Give it a try.So another pair of Ecco shoes goes in the trash. This is the third pair I have tossed out. The others were spikeless and wore out quickly, even though I made an effort not to walk on surfaces that wear them down fast. I put that down to my error but now I can see that Ecco shoes are just bad. Their cleat holes get loose, I lost 6 cleats in three holes on this pair in the last year, something I have never had happen with a soft cleated shoe before. For one of the more expensive shoes on the market, they should last, but they don't, and Ecco won't even entertain a discussion about it and then they think legal action is the way to go.

We just bought shoes from ECCO and Aften was the best! She helped me picking shoes for my 10 year old daughter and was patient with us trying on many shoes. Lovely to see people who care about customers. Thank you Aften!

The store is clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful for informing customers current promotion and clarifying deals. The assistant manager, Aften, is knowledgeable and great at customer service. She provided a wonderful shopping experience for us.

The store was very clean and the associate’s Diana and Devon are very knowledgeable about any shoe I antes to know more about. That lady heather I just hope she isn’t a manager because oh boy did she ruin my shopping experience.
