One of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our trip (4 hotels). Rooms smelled nice, the location was ideal, and the price was reasonable. We didn't have any pets but it was nice to see that they have availability for people with pets, they even had treats in the morning for dogs. The receptionist upon check in was the best, he seemed to struggle with answering basic questions and when I asked about what to expect for breakfast the following morning he replied, "it's whatever the cook makes up the morning of". Not really a great response. The water pressure also seemed very low in our room.Rooms: Rooms were nice and quiet. It smelled nice and the layout was ideal. They also had USB ports by the bed which help tremendously for travelers needing to recharge.

A fairly nice and modern hotel, in a half decent location for a very nice restaurant (the reason I chose hear). Great if you like the shops, I don’t. But what only two stars. When I got there I was greeted by a sign at the front desk that simply said, “I’ll be back soon”. Of course everybody deserves a break from work, but how is a top notch hotel having only a single kid running the place. The young man was very pleasant, but he wasn’t there when I needed. This is poor Marriott, poor.

We were excited when we pulled up to the hotel. The look and the location was great. Room looked amazing. They even brought us up blankets for the pull out sofa really fast. The fridge was coldish...I was very disappointed when we woke up and couldn't take a shower, it was super cold water. The cold water was warmer than the hot water. That happened both days we were there. I tried to call them on the first day and they didn't answer. When we woke up to take a shower the second day the water was freezing again. When we checked out, we said something to the front desk person and she said, she knew about the problem, that it was happening throughout the hotel. Which was even more disappointing that nothing was done about it and we were not told at check in. We were glad we had only paid to stay there two days on our vacation. We will not be staying here again....Response from management was disappointing. I waited to hear a response to decide whether or not I would voice my opinion to the soccer league or not. This was a stay to play! Not a great response when we paid $177 a night and couldn’t shower after soccer games. Very frustrating.. Glad to hear you will do something in the future. But what about your customers who it affected? I will voice my opinion. Hopefully, you will figure out how to rectify the situation better in the future.

There are plenty of the choices around this region and Elements should be the last one I would consider in the future.

We got a very odd room that felt like part utility closet, part room. We were on the ground floor, there was a huge air intake vent about 4x6 feet, and a big fuse box on the wall by the bathroom. The whole vibe just felt off. Everything was reasonably clean except for the foldout couch, which had greasy stains on the arms and seat, and had no linens at all. There were no sheets, pillows or extra blankets in the huge expanse of closets. Staff was friendly enough, but When we asked the front desk for bedding for the foldout couch, they only would give us a set of sheets. No extra pillows or blankets. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the footsteps coming from the room above us sounded like 1000 pound giants stomping on the ceiling from midnight to 4am. Breakfast was uninspired and did not resemble the photos at all. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a fold out bed, but the reservation made sure to let me know the room rate was only for 2 people. Why would I book a room with sleeping for 6 if there were only 2 of us? My kids loved the big jug of water with orange slices in the lobby. Definitely would not return.

Stayed here for 5 days. We reserved a room that would accommodate my family and ended up getting something that was barely big enough for 2 people. They were able to move us to something that was more like what we reserved but why would we have to hassle with that. Front desk people were not the nicest, it's not like they're allowing us to stay for free. A smile and a better tone when you talk to customers goes a long way. I did like the location because I had to frequent Target and Costco during my stay.

Traveled for 5 hours with my family, and upon arrival they changed my room. It happens I understand and they reassured me on checking in that the number of beds is the same. I got into the room and the mattress in the sofabed was not there. So I talked to the front desk and they could not care less and were so rude about it like it was my fault. I asked if they could at least give me a comforter so I could make it work somehow for my family and even that was a large request for them. I will not be staying here and do NOT recommend this location.

I am comfortable, but underwhelmed staying here. The building and the room are both modern, up to date, and clean. There are great amenities I don't use, such as the pool and the exercise room, and a surprising selection of packaged food and drinks at the desk. The parking is free, there are enough spots, and they are conveniently located. The room itself is the 3 star thing. On the plus side, it has a sizable kitchenette with adequate basic pots, dishes, and utensils. It has at least five well-placed electrical outlets, including USB ports and nothing else plugged in, around the bed, desk, and table. The bed is very comfortable. The minus side is a bunch of irritating inconveniences. The room has one of those power-control "light" switches at the front door: two, in fact, which only seem to do anything when they are both on. When they are off, you can't turn on any lights, including the bathroom, but when they are on, the overhead lights come on. So step carefully if you get up to use the toilet at night and don't want to wake up your partner, because it will be dark. The kitchenette has a really bad stove. I usually find electric stoves heat too quickly and are hard to control; this one seems not to produce any heat at all. It took five to ten minutes, on high on the large burner, to boil enough water for a single cup of tea. I'd have used the electric kettle except there is none, other than the Mr Coffee machine, and I don't want my water to taste like old coffee. The shower is hilariously awkward. It is, at least, spacious, but the water does not get hot. It gets high-warm, and does so at a very strange position of the handle that is not all the way in either direction, nor in the middle. Also, there is nowhere to put your soap. They have built in soap and shampoo dispensers, but the walls are otherwise smooth and undecorated, and there is no accessible surface outside either. I have included pictures of this to illustrate: as you can see, I eventually had to balance my soap and shampoo on top of the built-in ones. Finally, and most petty, the water is somehow such that it makes your skin feel soapy even if you are just rinsing your hands in the kitchen sink. It has nothing to do with the actual soap. This one may be just me, though, if the water chemistry is very different from what I am used to in LA, which has very hard water.

Overall, it's a pretty nice place. We did splurge on the suite, which worked out well for the kids to have their own bed. We weren't sure of the kitchen setup, so we didn't really get to use that as we didn't want to get there with groceries/takeout and not have enough fridge space or microwave, etc. Now that we do know, we could make better use of the kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was generous with good food and plenty of options. The pool was either heated or very warm from the weather.Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast made this spot worth it for us to stay here rather than closer to our destination.Noteworthy details: The desk service was very accommodating when we needed assistance

I cannot say enough great things about this location from the moment that you walk into the lobby and the fresh smell, the spa water and the staff Paul was so helpful he got all checked in after having a horrible experience at the La Quinta the room was wonderful and clean and again smelled fresh the hallways or air-conditioned. The beds were so comfortable plenty of room the pool was heated and I believe salt water. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every single moment, the breakfast wasn’t the greatest there was not a whole Lotta choices but that is OK because this location and staff are wonderful. Irene from housekeeping was very attentive and super helpful and bringing me another chair. Nicole worked at the front was super friendly and super helpful, and every guest that came in she greeted with such a wonderful smile every guess there seem to be extremely happy. I didn’t see anybody with a bad look on their face, I really enjoyed as did everybody the moment you walk in just a fresh clean smell and vibe that comes from this place 10 out of 10 would totally recommend. This place is awesome and there’s a Dutch Brose located right around the corner that has the best drinks we went to several Dutch Brose and I can tell you this one is the best, this hotel is the bestRooms: The rooms were nice and clean. The showers were big and everything smelled clean and fresh. You have everything you need to be able to cook if you don’t feel like going out.Safety: It’s a great location and a nice neighborhood without any shady charactersFood & drinks: The spa water was really delicious. I couldn’t drink enough of it. It was so hot outside and it was just so refreshing.Noteworthy details: A wonderful, clean location, the fresh smell and Clean when you walked into the lobby was wonderful and change the whole mood of the day with it being so hot outside

Very nice hotel. Staff is nice location is great. Room was very clean and nice. Would 5 stars for me but we are traveling across country and specifically look for hotels with tesla overnight chargers. This hotel has 2 tesla connector NACS chargers and 2 ev chargers. Both NACS are being used by two teslas with local plates all day. Looks to be by either staff or someone that lives around the corner. Super frustrating. Dont be fooled when you call the staff to ask if they have tesla chargers. Someone’s constantly sitting on them with their teslas fully charged with arizona plates. You wont be charging your vehicle here to save time on your road trip.

The service at this location is absolutely impeccable! Many thanks to Ashley, Lynette and Nicole for your remarkable hospitality. Nicole had checked me in and made sure that I had the exact room I wanted. Later, when I was away from the hotel I was low on battery on my Tesla and had called to inquire if there were any Tesla Chargers available. Ashley actually took the time to actually go outside and verify that one was available for me (what a sweetheart) Also, I ended up leaving my iPad behind and Ashley and Lynette went above and beyond to make sure that it was returned safely to me. Thank you guys for an incredible stay, you guys made me feel like family. I will definitely be back. This is my new favorite Hotel in Chandler! Thanks again!

Great price great location! I'm a Marriott guy and this place is perfectly set in Chandler with the maximum entertainment value within walking distance. A great choice with great breakfast!
