Visited Monument the other day and toured with Ashley. Monument is such a gem of a community, beautiful buildings, well-maintained grounds, and the homes are so cute! Ashley’s service was terrific; very knowledgeable of the community, super friendly, and very welcoming!

Mishna is really such a great employee. I came a few months back and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Not only was she kind but she was knowledgeable and even had me giggling! I’m not moving until November but it’s no question where I’m moving to. Thanks Mishna :)

Elevation has been a joy to live at. We have been here for a little over a year, and there has been no issues. We have also switched from 3rd to 1st floor for convenience and the process was pretty good throughout the whole thing. Jasmine and Andrea are super helpful and sweet and the maintenance has been top notch. Covid has made it difficult to use the gym this year, but I'm happy to see the safety measures in place to keep us all healthy and safe. Thanks for all you guys do!

Don’t move here, they don’t care about their residents. There is a car alarm that goes off every single weekend and the office doesn’t seem to care enough to figure out what’s going on and how to stop it. If your sleep is important to you, don’t even think about it.

Monument Apartments highly recommended. I moved into then Elevation Chandler in June 2016 and have lived at this property for 9 years. Outstanding physical gated property with beautifully kept apartments and outstanding landscapping maintained very professionally. New ownership several years ago (Saris-Regis) and this property 'leads the pack' in this excellent Dobson/West Pecos Rd corridor. Community Manager, Renikia Johnson very knowledgeable about the business and understands the processes to get things done. Staff assistant Ashley and Maintenance Manager, Abner also excel at servicing their clients.
Before relocating I had to share my experience and recommendation; great place to live in awesome area.

I have lived here almost a week and have nothing but good things to say. Ashley is amazing. Before moving into Monument I stopped by just to look at one more place before ending my search (good thing I did) we showed up past the touring time but she still took the time to show me the apartment. If she wouldn’t have done that I probably would even be living here. I was over the search. Once I moved in my fob wasn’t working so I took it to the office for a new one- they were waiting on more and didn’t have any available. Roxann gave me the fob off her own keys so I would have one. I had some maintenance issues that I was concerned could turn into a bigger issues if left. It was a Sunday so I called the emergency maintenance line to report it just in case. Dom showed up at more to evaluate if it could wait until Monday to be fix. We love a crew who cares about preventing an emergency maintenance and not waiting for it to happen. Such a wonderful staff, I appreciate you all!

Well, It isn’t what it used to be. I lived here from 2019-2022. This place used to be something special when it was called Elevation Chandler. It really had elevated my living and I was really happy there until it became Monument. My happiness living there gradually went down. And to be honest with all of you, I wasn’t planning to write this review, but now they are trying to collect $36.96 cents from me, which I paid 3 years ago. Don’t let the good reviews fool you, those were all based on the good old Elevation chandler days, not with Monument. This place look and feels like a dump now because Property Management got Greedy! Also, residents, please keep your email conversation to prove any payments, according to reviews below it looks like I am not the only one they sent to collections.

Nice little quiet community. Well thought out floor plans. Lot of storage spaces. I have resided here for more than a year and had maintenance issues only twice and was addressed promptly. Managers may come and go, but the community itself is a good place to live in.

I wouldn’t recommend this complex to the most desperate person. I walked in to the office with my 3 year old and was standing around for probably 10-15 minutes without being spoken to or acknowledged. I finally had to interrupt the only person I saw in there, who happened to be the community manager. She was in her office on her cell phone, looked at us, and proceeded back on phone. She then gave me some rude remark after I interrupted her that she was the only only one there and hasn’t had a break all day and that the time on her phone was mandatory. She then told me to come back in 20 minutes so she could finish her FaceTime call and I told her I’d rather not and have a good one. Gave her the bird on the way out? went somewhere else down the street that was also busy but was acknowledged that I would be helped shortly. To each their own but first impression is everything to me.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! To say this is a “luxury apartment complex” is far from the truth. The only reason this apartment complex is getting one star at all is because of their leasing agent, Aricka. She has actually taken the initiative to hear out my concerns and take the proper steps to address them. What is severely lacking is the manager, Camary’s, accountability for any and all things concerning you and your home. From the first few weeks of me residing here, I had emergent maintenance issues that took months to resolve, impacting my health, safety and day to day living. Maintenance requests went months without being answered and were marked completed without completion. These issues include, but were not limited to, a leak in my roof, leaving water damage in my bedroom for months, to a broken fridge, to unsafe, unlit public hallway areas that we pay for in our rent. This wasn’t a priority to management until I had to contact corporate and the City of Chandler to finally get Camary’s attention. After contacting corporate I had to deal with Camary, the manager for a month and I was met with fake apologies and deceitful promises. This is far from a luxury apartment and for the prices you pay here, please learn from my experience and steer far away from this apartment complex. Hopefully Camary, the property manager, finds the empowerment to turn this place around. Thank you to Dominic, the new maintenance man and to Aricka, the leasing agent, for actually addressing my concerns promptly.

Very little communication. Very shady company who will tell you your car is ok and then tow it without any notice. They say they have been reaching out to me for some time. No they haven't no emails or calls or texts. Sure did respond to my review quick though
