My husband and I have worked with Jill Workman for years!! She is such a sweet person and does an amazing job of listening to what we're looking for and making sure she helps of find the perfect pieces for our home. She's super helpful and has such a creative eye in suggesting and finding pieces that make our home look beautiful! She's great about coming to our home with samples and even arranged our pieces in a way that looked better than the way we had them!! She checks in with us to see if there's anything she can help us with as well as letting us know about special promotions and giving us updates on when our pieces will be arriving. We truly enjoy working with Jill at the Chandler location!!

We walked into the Ethan Allen showroom in Chandker AZ looking for a bed. We met Nikki Brouillette, Interior designer. She was able to immediately dial into what we were looking for and showed us the bed of our dreams! (It was actually better than what we were thinking of). We were moving from Arizona to Connecticut and we already had sold or given away most of our furniture. We had the floor plans of the new home on my phone and she was able to upload them into her design software. After casually walking through the showroom she made a mental note of the prices we responded to. With our approval she presented us with furniture selections for our new living room, dining room and master bedroom. And she used the items she noticed we liked and added rugs, lighting and some accessories. She plugged the items into our floor plan to show us 3-d renderings of each room. It was amazing! We mentioned we were only taking a few pieces of furniture and she offered to plug them into the plan so we could confirm they we could fit- at no extra cost. We moved with confidence as a result.
We are in Connecticut now and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Nikki has been such wonderful surprise, resource and a caring, intuitive person. She is still helping us find solutions to questions that come up.

We have appreciated Ethan Allen's fine workmanship for years. Jill Workman has been tremendous to work with - professional, talented, a great communicator, and lots of fun besides. Highly recommend Jill, and Ethan Allen!

Jill Workman did a fantastic job with the interior design for the furnishings on our newly remodeled home. She was detail oriented, listened to our input, put a game plan together and managed the entire process right through to the delivery. We would definitely use her again.

Very unhappy with my Ethan Allen’s last minute charges for freight after the purchase and their freight charges are based upon total purchase price rather than size of the item or distance. Crazy business tactics

We visited 10:40 today and it was closed. Without any notice on door. It only said it was closed for easter on Sunday, nothing about the Monday after. How can we trust them with big purchases when they cannot honor business hour on their door?

Nikki B, the designer that we worked with here did such a great job designing the furniture for our new house and made a 3D model so we’d know how it looked like, and she is very talented in how she gets the colors and accents to pop out. She’s very easy to work with and patient with how we changed our mind during the design phase and I’d highly recommend her and Ethan Allen to anyone looking for great furniture

This review is specifically for Nikki Brouillette, who helped us buy a beautiful couch. We were searching everywhere trying to find a couch for our family room. I was looking to upgrade the space but also needed something that would be practical for a family with 4 kids. I also know when I like something I see but have trouble visualizing what I want. Nikki was awesome! She helped us select a beautiful fabric that is the perfect mix of stylish but causal and comfortable. Also having her help select pillows and a rug made my life so much easier. We got our style and more practical needs met in a fun, no stress experience. I cannot recommend her enough! She was not pushy and was not offended if I didn't like something she selected. You can tell she loves what she does. Thanks so much Nikki! We will be back! Also the couch is amazing the whole family loves it- super comfortable.

The sales and delivery experience were 5 stars. The woman who schedules the delivers is so unprofessional and rude. I actually had to stop communicating with her and work through my designer to get my delivery coordinated . Ethan Allen's quality is outstanding. I purchased a guest room bedroom set along with lamps and tables.

I had a great experience shopping for a bed at Ethan Allen located at Chandler Fashion Center. I bought a floor model so did not have to wait long for delivery. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

I purchased a brand new couch that was built incorrectly and was offered no option for partial refund or replacement. Terrible build quality and QA process. You're better off buying a cheaper couch from any other brand as it probably has the same build quality without the unnecessarily high price. Plus customer service is obviously lacking as well since there was no resolution like you'd expect from a brand that considers themselves quality.EDIT to respond to Ethan Allen's response:Yes a technician was sent out to fix the connectors, but before one even came out I said this was unacceptable for a fix. Then once it was "fixed" I called back again and asked to get a partial refund for my troubles and was told nothing else could be done to help me. So no, I was not satisfied from the beginning or with the hack job fix. I have reported Ethan Allen to the BBB.

Ordered grey/brown wood table and chairs. Chairs were what I expected but the table has green tones. Didn’t order a green table and chairs don’t look good with the green in the table.Very disappointing
