The sales and delivery experience were 5 stars. The woman who schedules the delivers is so unprofessional and rude. I actually had to stop communicating with her and work through my designer to get my delivery coordinated . Ethan Allen's quality is outstanding. I purchased a guest room bedroom set along with lamps and tables.

I had a great experience shopping for a bed at Ethan Allen located at Chandler Fashion Center. I bought a floor model so did not have to wait long for delivery. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

I purchased a brand new couch that was built incorrectly and was offered no option for partial refund or replacement. Terrible build quality and QA process. You're better off buying a cheaper couch from any other brand as it probably has the same build quality without the unnecessarily high price. Plus customer service is obviously lacking as well since there was no resolution like you'd expect from a brand that considers themselves quality.EDIT to respond to Ethan Allen's response:Yes a technician was sent out to fix the connectors, but before one even came out I said this was unacceptable for a fix. Then once it was "fixed" I called back again and asked to get a partial refund for my troubles and was told nothing else could be done to help me. So no, I was not satisfied from the beginning or with the hack job fix. I have reported Ethan Allen to the BBB.

Ordered grey/brown wood table and chairs. Chairs were what I expected but the table has green tones. Didn’t order a green table and chairs don’t look good with the green in the table.Very disappointing

I bought a sofa from Ethan Allen 2 years ago during the Pandemic and the sofa and cushions have deteriorated. I called the store and I was advised to fluff the pillows. The seat cushions are also deteriorating. Threads are coming lose. The stain on the rim is also coming off. Displeased with the service as well as the product. They replaced the fillers but please look at the pictures. It's awful. The whole sofa needs to be replaced . The store needs to own up to the terrible product and provide a complete resolution not just fluff the pillows.Your responses unacceptable and your product is unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourself. What a terrible response. You rereolvednothing. I will continue to show this review and your lack of care

I ordered a custom table and chairs to replace what I had (and loved but it didn’t fit right in the space in our new house). My order was placed in mid February, it arrived in mid July. It arrived damaged. The damage was reported within the hour of delivery (husband signed for delivery). It is now mid August with no resolution. When I have followed up with our design consultant she said that a work order had been put in. The last I heard was on July 30 that it was assigned to a tech and he would be contacting us. We haven’t heard a single thing since then. The damage is a chip in the finish of the table. There are also shiny spots on the table that I can’t get to go away. And, the table top itself is rough to the touch, but the extension piece feels smooth.Another thing that has been disappointing is there are about 50-60 clusters of worm holes on the table (82x38). Our consultant said they were added to give it a natural look. I hate them. If it had been a few clusters, maybe that would be ok and actually look natural. This looks like the wood used to make our table was poor quality. Our design consultant said that all of the models on the floor had them. I don’t recall that and don’t see anything like that in my paper work…that worm holes were going to be added.I paid $5,600 for a table and six chairs. I hate the table and am even more disappointed that I haven’t heard from the service department yet. I understand that people are busy, but some communication may be helpful.I had planned to order custom counter stools for my kitchen island and eventually a new family room sofa, chairs, and tables. But, I don’t want to end up with more tables that have worm holes added to it and the service post delivery hasn’t been good.I expected a lot more from Ethan Allen.

Our unfortunate Ethan Allen experience. We ordered several pieces of furniture for our new home on June 1, 2021 knowing the pandemic would delay delivery. We we're excited for our late February delivery. That was until Ethan Allen's delivery company showed up with only 1 incapable guy for our white glove delivery. He informed us that he was in a big hurry because it was his daughter's birthday. We were having a sofa, 3 living room chairs, a rug, and a dining room table delivered. He wasn't careful with our wood floors, scraped up our doorways, dropped our expensive cream colored rug in a mud puddle. (We denied delivery for the rug). The rug went MIA for 4 months. It was supposedly being cleaned. Finally it was going to be deliver! The delivery company informed me upon arrival they couldn't move my furniture to lay the rug down. I'm a 60+ year old woman! I moved the furniture and substained a back injury and now have an appointment with a spinal surgeon. The delivery guys did step in to help when they saw I was injured. Insult to injury. They delivered the original uncleaned rug! We had to deal with the horrible moldy odor in our new home for a month before Ethan Allen agreed to have the rug picked up and order a new rug. We requested a refund if this couldn't be delivered within 2 months. They assured us it was in stock and ready for delivery. It's now been another 4 months, no rug, no offer of compensation and lots of promises. We realize these are difficult times but we expected more from Ethan Allen.

Tiffany James was outstanding. She helped us decide on what kind of kitchen set would fit our house and she was spot on. We absolutely love our set and couldn’t; be happier. She also helped us with a buffet table finding just the right color again to go with our home. We have had so many compliments. If we have any more plans we will definitely use Tiffany.

Tiffany was wonderful- she listened to what our 15 yo son wanted in his bedroom and then worked with us to complete a total makeover. We purchased furniture she selected paint colors and recommended layout. He’s a minimalist so did pick out just a few pieces of art and decorations to fill out the room. He loves it! Glad we could get him quality furniture that can go with him in a few years as he gets an apartment.

Good Morning. I purchased several items from Ethan Allen, sofa , ottoman and wing Back Chair. The ottoman they delivered had a stain on the material..they actually delivered an item with a stain. I returned the ottoman. After one year the cushions on the sofa are sinking, the threads around the cushion are coming out. I reached out to Ethan Allen chandler store and they stated that some one will contact me. When they did contact me they requested that I send them a picture of the tag underneath the cushion. They wanted a copy of the Law Tag which they have a copy. I am disappointed in there response and poor quality of furniture they delivered. No time did I ever received an apology or they would rectify the issue. High quality furniture should not deteriorate within a year. I saved to make my home nice and warm. I am unable to recommend Ethan Allen.
