This place is great!!! I was having issues installing an SSD external drive for back up on my MacBook. I had set up an appointment and the staff was right on time. They walked me through the process step by step and we got the install completed in 10 mins. I highly recommend this store!

I wasn't sure what was wrong with my phone and I walked into Experimax and I was helped right away and my wifi issues for my phone were no big deal and were fixed right away. I found Experimax years ago but I never used their services until last week . Muaz had my iMac up and running quickly. A week later I bought an iPhone and had no idea of how to transfer my pics and other information on to the new phone . Muaz to the rescue again ! Thank you Muaz at Experimax

Just returned from Experimax Chandler (Ocotillo and Arizona Aves). I bought an iMac for my 90 year old mother a couple of years ago here and it was a great experience. Fast forward 2 years and my MacBook Pro laptop suddenly had major software issues and most all of my email folders were gone. I did have backups but for some reason the folders didn't reappear with a couple thousand emails I had over the last 5 years. After a few days of trying to do the restore and rebuild myself, I was ready to give up and thought of Experimax. I stopped in to Experimax and show the expert there screen shot of the email folders that were "lost" and not retrievable from my backup. Incredible service. They did the complete "wipe and restore" and it's PERFECT now. All emails were properly restored! I took my wireless Magic Trackpad in for a minor repair. The tech did it on the spot in 5 minutes and there was no charge. As long-time user of Apple products, this will be my destination for all future repairs. They repair all types of of Apple devices and sell used ones as well.

This place will treat your equipment as if it's their own.I brought in a half-installed coolant upgrade to my PC that I couldn't finish and they not only cleaned up my mess, but took the extra time to tie up the cables neatly and around the RGB lights so as not to interfere.They could have easily just let the cables hang in the box and it would have been fine and worked, but the care they took with the install is what will have me coming back.Thanks guys!
