New to Extra Space Storage here in Chandler. The staff has been extremely helpful. Krissy in-particular makes sure that the property is completely safe and secure. Any problems with people coming on property that are not customers, she handles promptly and has a great open line of communication with the Chandler Police Department. The staff is great that hours of operation are great, and thanks to them, I feel like myself and my property are safe and secure.

Terrible customer service.
The manager is very unprofessional and very rude. When asked for a higher up she told me there is no else higher then her.
Never recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star review but I had to just to make a post

Very clean, the ac is amazing to have your items in especially living in az lol. Big enough for my stuff and then some. Best storage by far outta all the storages iv had.
