Horrible business moral by their employee named Karin ( long blonde hair lady). I went to exchange a shirt I got for my son because the collar was defective. I only ask for an exchange and nothing more. She looked up the account and said I’m no longer a member and if I had to exchange I’ll have to pay a difference.
Pardon me I asked ??? I have to pay the difference for an item that was defective ?? Unbelievable !!!
I patiently explained again to her that I bought this shirt that was defected and only asking to exchange it for the exact same item and I should not be charged for the difference . She proceeded to explain I’m not longer a member therefore should pay a non member price for an item that was defective.
Then she said the shirt was worn which clearly it wasn’t after I brushed off the dust ( shirt was black ) it was new and I had tags .
This lady clearly is discriminating that I was no longer a member and the fact that I canceled my membership. If that’s the case this company should not sell customers on the membership with “but you can cancel the memberships an any time” if this is how you treat people after they cancel. On top not back your product up when it defective. This lady clearly was wrong and unethical to make me pay extra for the exact same item.
Whether it was just her that wanted to charge me to for a same item exchange or is the company’s policy I think this is morally so wrong! I was basically going give the shirt back and leave .
After repeating myself one more time that it’s defective and I am clearly just getting a same item exchange and I refuse to pay the difference she eventually gave me the exchange. Karin it’s very condescending and clearly does not know proper customer service . I may not be a member but I’m still be a customer. Horrible experience ever with Karin!

A lot of bad reviews as many don’t understand how the membership works. This location was small, out of stock out of most things in my size but every worker was pleasant towards me & willing to help. I’ve been buying Fabletics since 2018 and am a VIP member. Never any issues. I skip the month if I don’t want anything to avoid the charge & you can still buy whatever you like if you skip. I still have Fabletics leggings from 2018 that I still wear in 2025. Great leggings, they hold up well and are more comfy than lululemon. Understand the membership and how it works before you knock it. 😉

They have good deals when you first get there, but then it's impossible to get out of the ecosystem. I called in to have my membership cancelled because I didn't want it anymore, and they said they did. Then I got charged again for the next month and now I'm stuck with a member credit I don't want. Also, if you cancel within 3 months they ban you from opening up an account? So I would like to think I would buy something in the future, but at this point it's not worth it because I don't want to be spending all of this money.
The entire business model makes me want to drive my car up a dug-in ground rail and take flight for a few moments before crashing upside-down in a nearby ditch.
Workers are all super-kind though, can't knock them for that

I was never told about a monthly fee when I went and purchased a pair of leggings. I asked for a refund through fabletics and they can’t process it because I ended up getting a new card. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service as well as the workers who never informed me I would be charged monthly for buying a pair of leggings. Never purchase from fabletics.

What great service! Thanks m am always impressed when I go into the store and it’s so clean and organized but also busy. All the staff is great but the attention and kind spirit of Joey makes me come back to this location time and time again.

It was a nice experience at first , BUT we were not told about the fee for the monthly membership. We assumed it was a free membership upon when they talked us into the membership during the WHOLE shopping process. Now I am out of 120 dollars from my paychecks, thinking we were scammed, because of the lack of transparency.

Clean store better than lulu. Extremely kind helpful employees. But the plastic smell from how the clothes are made was way to toxic strong. Eyes started to water. I feel so bad for the employees. They might as well work for shein being exposed to this. Hope they have good health insurance. Google it, how being exposed to toxic air like this damages your lungs and brain check with mayo. Your life is more important than you job. 5 star review for the employees only.

I visited this location to purchase some new items, as I had previously shopped online and had a decent experience. However, this particular location is the complete opposite of a good experience, and I must say that I was incredibly disappointed with the way I was treated during my visit.First and foremost, I felt body-shamed, intimidated, and rushed by the store's staff. They not only suggested that I needed a larger size than what I asked for, but insisted on it, even going to the back of the store to fetch it for me, which made me uncomfortable and self-conscious. It's essential for a clothing store to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all customers, regardless of their body type, especially considering their collaboration with Khloe.Furthermore, I was informed about a sale that was supposedly ongoing, but it turned out to be misleading information. When I checked out, I was charged the full price for half of my items, which was frustrating and misleading because it was communicated to me as, "Today is the last day for 40 percent off our ENTIRE store!" Clearly, that is not the entire store.I firmly believe that honesty, professionalism, and respect for customers should be a priority for any business. Unfortunately, my experience at this Fabletics location fell far short of these expectations. I genuinely wish I could obtain a refund, but returning the items we purchased is nearly impossible due to the distance from my home, the intimidation I experienced, and the conflicting return policy on their own site.Additionally, I attempted to cancel my VIP membership via live chat and was counter-offered three times to keep my membership. It felt like relentless pressure. Only after I requested the representative's supervisor did he finally begrudgingly cancel the membership. When a company refuses to release you from their membership, it raises concerns about trustworthiness. I sincerely hope that this company addresses these issues so that nobody else has to endure the appalling behavior that I did.
