Hillary NP, was amazing! So was the guy who took me back and did the vs and questions. Front desk, not so much. Unfriendly, unapproachable, and downright rude at times. Was short and snippy with me. My ride was waiting on me in the waiting room and without saying a word, she turned out all the lights and left the room.

The staff was friendly and upfront about possible delays. However, the delay was shorter than other facilities I've encountered. All rooms I encountered were very clean and organized. Everything needed was conveniently located.The assistant taking vitals was thorough and did a second BP "to be sure". I love that because many don't seem to care, and she did. Provider asked many questions to get a good picture of what my issues were. She prescribed antibiotics and sent order in before I left. Very timely.This was my first experience with HonorHealth/FastMed UC. I would return.Thanks

Staff was friendly and prompt at getting you checked in.The wait was not long and the front desk staff was kind enough to inform patients that it was lunch time and some of the staff were at lunch so the wait may be a bit. This was nice to let patients know because we have all always wonder why the wait is long.I will use this facility again.

I got sick from my sister who had a bacterial infection. They told me i only had allergies and gave me an antibiotic prescription to fill if AFTER 7 days my symptoms haven't elevated. I was throwing up in the doctors office and they still sent me home told me to take allergy pills. I called to ask if my prescription date could be moved up and the doctor denied it and told me i need to be reevaluated and pay more money when they were wrong in the first place. Receptionist was rude and for people who work in health care treat people so horribly.

In all fairness I will point out the positives. I did not wait long. The office was clean and the PA and Dr were kind an courteous and I received good care. The negatives have now outweighed those things. Rebecca was working the front desk. She failed to verify benefits and charged me $120. I explained that I have a $30 co pay for urgent care which she quickly dismissed and said I would get a refund for overpayment. My insurance rep called the same day and asked her to reverse the $120 charge but what happened is that I was the charged the $120 + the $30 co pay. I have now places numerous calls and spent hours trying to get a refund. I have left numerous messages with corporate customer service and do not receive a call back. In addition my day of birth was entered incorrectly and I was unable to see my labs as a result. There is more but I will leave it at that. I’m frustrated and simply would like my overpayment reimbursed.

They do not handle patient processing well. While I waited one other patient complained that others were being admitted before him even though they came after him. The same thing happened to me. I heard the lady at the desk tell a guy there were 3 people ahead of them (one of them was me) but after 2 people were let in, they let that guy in instead of me.So just inefficient and frustrating to sit through. Tbh the staff were not very friendly either, i felt like an inconvenience to them.

Terrible place. Have an appt. just for a job drug screen but they make you wait, despite an appointment, for others who are being seen for medical reasons. Each situation should be treated separately. An hour drive due to where we live and have wait hours past appt time is ridiculous. Especially with a full bladder. This is the second time experiencing this. The title fastmed is a lie! Do better!

I took my daughter to a different urgent care and they turned us away because they stopped seeing patients at 7pm even though they were open until 8pm. I found this location on Google and rushed over and they took us right away. The staff was extremely pleasant and I am so thankful they were able to see her before closing! I will definitely choose this location over other urgent cares from now on.

Monica, Brenda and team is wonderful!! I visit A LOT of urgent cares with two young kids at home who get sick, bumps and bruises often. This urgent care has the best and speedy service. They made me feel so comfortable that I was on the path to good help. Thank you so much!!

I set an appointment for an occupational drug screening at 8am. The place was clean and the actual service was quick when I finally got to that point. Within the first 5 minutes of being there, the receptionist lost my drivers license and was never able to find it, so now that burden is on me. I’m positive she handed it to another lady who had a rowdy kid that shared my first name…so just know they don’t actually “check” your ID, seeing as how we didn’t look anything alike. Thankfully I had a picture of it on my phone so I could even get my DS done. My whole frustration comes from the ID debacle alone which just shows carelessness in my opinion. If it wasn’t for my schedule, I’d absolutely go to another facility.

Horrible service. Booked an appointment online, and specified the reasons for my visit. Checked in today for my appointment and again filled out a form stating the 4 things I was there for. I paid the $40 copay. After being called back was told they could do only one of my four reasons I was there. Why the heck wouldn’t you tell me that upon checking in and asking me to pay the copay. And then the weird guy working (nurse) was useless and tried telling me maybe I wasn’t clear when booking my appointment. Excuse read. And when I said “you guys ripped me off” he said sorry you feel that way. These urgent cares are wack. Horrible fake care. If you have insurance you might as well book with your pcp even though they are likely booked weeks sometimes months out. Healthcare in AZ has got to be some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention later this afternoon I got an alert in the app that I had a patient message, turns out (Kevin or Kyle) apparently updated patient notes with information of things we never even discussed. Literally after he told me they would not accommodate my appointment unless I wanted to pay and not go through insurance, I walked out, so how does he still put patient notes about things we never discussed. So, so disappointed.

They were having a busy day when I was there. They were helpful and friendly and efficient. The main office person kept telling everyone that she had bottled water on hand. And the actual visit to see the doctor was quick!

Early part of this year went in after contracting Covid. My test came back positive so I waited a couple days and then went in. Staff was very rude, after explaining that I had recently tested positive for Covid, they asked" then why are you here?" Staff here is rude and incompetent.

I went here yesterday because of some throat and mouth issues and pain. No wait, which was nice. They took me seriously when I told them what I thought I had so that's a plus. I'm hoping the medicine they prescribed works. The brunette nurse/assistant was really sweet and calmed me down because I had a lot of anxiety.The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the receptionist was really snappy and rude with me. She kept saying I came in the office too late but it was only 2:50 pm when I arrived and they said they closed at 4:00 pm, so I don't know why I was made out to feel bad for coming in an hour and ten minutes before they closed. I could understand if they were closing in 20 minutes but they had plenty of time because it was only 2:50 pm.
