After weeks of trying to gain access to a FedEx label to return a product that was sent in error, I was finally able to use my common sense on how to print this label that gave me such a hard time! Emailing, texting nor did screen shots work! It helped going here first and when it was my turn up in line, as I was talking to an awesome employee.. a light went off in my brain, which triggered an easier way to print this label. Sheesh!!! I can actually be smart as heck at times. TOOT TOOTImma need FEDEX to become like their competitors, as the competition make it extremely easy to return equipment and packages by a simple scan of a QR. This way of doing things makes things customer friendly. Technology has upgraded guys...meaning FEDEX ENGINEERING AND MARKETING DEPT. I came up with my own solution which was, to go to Walgreens and use their print station, and print off the FedEx photo from there, onto their shiny paper and then to return it, to this facility in which, they accepted this and taped it to my package for send off. Come on FedEx Corporation...2024 we humans need better!!! The Employees here are AWESOME as usual, and all deserve raises!!! They welcome me with open arms each time I step in. Thanks guys

My father passed away and, in my grief, I was told I had one day to get a program printed for his memorial. In a panic, I rushed to Office Max Print Center since it happened to be near my other errands. The staff was disoriented and completely overwhelmed with my job--nothing more than (60) copies of a simple, black ink print on a single page program. They seemed offended that I would have a 'rush' order and said they'd be charging a 25% additional fee and couldn't promise how soon the job would actually be done. It was the opposite direction from where I was going, but I remembered what great service I got from the Chandler FedEx Print Center about a year ago and gave them a call. Joey answered and was not only kind on the phone, but he graciously encouraged me to come on in and that they could kick out the job for me with no problem. When I arrived, Michael M. was at the register and made me feel completely comfortable with not only my large job but also my immediate need for it to be processed. At one point Joey swung by and asked if I was the lady that had called and made sure I was happy. Michael worked quickly for me but skipped no step in making sure I was happy with the special paper, the alignment of the prints, and he encouraged me to let him do the folding of the programs for just a few cents. (A tiny detail that would have been the bane of my evening had he not offered me his foresight.) My grief was overwhelming that day and I was continually on the verge of tears, trying to manage all that had been put upon my shoulders at the last minute. The kindness your team shared with me was priceless and I hope you will pass along my most sincere thanks to them both. FedEx Office and this location will ALWAYS be my first call, my first stop and my number one recommendation from now on! Thank you for all you do to support such excellent teams!

Still using this location - just wanted to give a shout out to Areyonna who is a lovely employee there. She was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She is great! Otherwise it's a convenient location with good employees and great stock.

I got to this location for paper cutting services. The rate is reasonable and they do it while I wait. The other location on Gilbert has messed up my order and can never do it while I wait. I go to this location even though it's farther from me because they are reliable.

This front desk person had me waiting 10 minutes because she was talking to the person ahead of me about personal life crap. They waited until their colleague was done so I'd have to go to them. The person behind me was also annoyed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They know absolutely nothing about customer service. The Manager Andrew greets you when you walk in and you believe he cares...its a facad. Instant in line to pick up an order 10 minutes, 6 people "working" no one so much as acknowledges your existence. They see you but pay no attention. Andrew continues to stand around the package desk, sees me standing there for 5 minutes...nothing. a girl comes in behind me...waits a couple minutes, then goes and tells one of the ladies at the package desk she needs something printed and she goes to help them...excuse me? Wtf am I waiting in line and why did you help her and not the person sta ding here 10 minutes? Andrew still pretending to do busy work still seeing a paying customer getting no service and does nothing. If I didn't need to pick up a prepaid order I would have left. I will never come back here and I encourage you to go elsewhere...they clearly don't care about your business. Andrew you should be ashamed of yourself...your employees are learning by your example and it shows. Adios my business will be taken elsewhere!

I had gone into this location with intentions to ship an item, after reviewing rates online. It was 3 hours until they closed, so more than enough time to process my very simple transaction. Without even providing the rep any info (aside from the state this package was going to), he informed me the only option I had would be upwards of $130. After seeing tons of rate options online (that had the exact specs and location input) with most being about $15-$35, I was blown away by the figure he seemingly pulled from thin air. So, I stepped aside and attempted to pull up the address to deliver to, as well as screenshots of the rates I found online matching the packaging size and weight. While doing so- the rep kept asking me if I "wanted to proceed with the transaction" or if I planned to "pursue this service further." Each time, I explained I was trying to find additional information and I just needed a moment (there was nobody else in the store/in line and I had already moved off to the side of the counter). By the time I was done repeating myself each time, he again asked if I wanted to continue or not. This happened 7 times. Which was extremely rude and annoying. I finally got so sick of him asking the same question over and over and over again that I just said screw it and left. This is probably the 3rd time I had been to this location and I can honestly say I haven't had a single decent experience here. I won't ever be back. Thanks for NOTHING fedex.

My husband and I came to this location at 6:30 pm on Thursday 7/4/21. For reference, the closing time in this day was 8pm. He came to print 8 copies of his resume on resume paper and buy 8 folders to place them in. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, my husband went to the was next in line and the female employee told him that he could either print the copies himself at their self printer or place an order for pick up. She said they were too busy and had to fill other orders. She then pulled out the type of paper he can use at the self printer station and at that station, you can only use regular white paper. She said he had the option of ordering, but that it would not be ready until 1pm the next day. His interview is at 2pm, so we decided to go to office max instead as to avoid stress if picking up resumes that are supposed to be ready at 1pm. It's very disappointing that this store is too understaffed to service the walk in costumers. My recommendation to management is to hire staff to fill orders and hire separate staff to service walk in customers. Very disappointed in our interaction tonight.

This was the second time doing a print order at this location, and it will be the LAST! Both times they got the wrong name for the order, when we were there, in person, and both times they had a hard time finding our order. They claimed to have called, but had the wrong phone number, and that number was out of service, we checked, so they lied about calling. Then, they got an attitude when we said this was the second time they screwed up. I recommend going elsewhere for print jobs, especially if they are important.
