Been with fidelity for 20 years retired for 3. Great service 5/5 , people are great in person and just as great when you call, like dealing with people vs machines. Extremely knowledgeable. Honestly they respect you and are there to help, wouldn't go anywhere else

Convenient location to support personal accounts (not workplace accounts which are supported virtually) with a comfortable office environment and helpful staff. Financial advisor Paulo de Souza was very knowledgeable and approachable.
