Girl at cashier is rude. She didn't even wanted to give me a military discount. I've been there before and they always gave me a discount. All sudden she couldn't do it. She just care herself and not the customers.

This has got to be the worst shoe company. The stores have no selection or stock. Ordering online just results in being eventually cancelled. Go somewhere else.

I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and this customer service here is by far the worse cussing to other employees didn't even get greeted while I was checking out. This generation ungrateful kids.

Don't go here, terrible service and the staff will lie just to sell you a pair of shoes. When you call call customer service, they never answer the calls . Horrible Service....STAY AWAY

My daughter went there last night to return the sneakers that I got her for Christmas with the receipt. She called me and said the girl behind the counter said she couldn’t get her money back without my credit card and she couldn’t have a store credit because she was out of gift cards. She told me the girl was very rude to her and when she asked if there was anything she could do she was told “no”. When I heard this is I was upset and drove 40 minutes to the mall with the credit card. When I got there at 8:43 pm and tried to ask the tall guy that was working why she couldn’t return these for a store credit, a young girl interrupted me raising her voice and being so rude combative I am still in shock this morning at how I was treated at that store. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and there is no world that it is ever acceptable to treat customers like that. From her attitude, I know this isn’t the first time she’s been so comfortable treating customers so horribly. Shame on you finish line for allowing that behavior when the two other employees and other customers witnessed it.She flat out refused to give me her name she said she doesn’t have to. I will be writing to corporate to let them know that they have a big liability at that location. I will not be shopping at Finish Line again.

Place was packed for Christmas but a crew member got me what I needed in literally one minute, which, prompt me to send him to the back twice more for one other pair - Mind you - Store's packed! He was all smiles. Gold member status, and dude was like that with everyone! I slid in, and out, spent maybe 17 minutes in there - And walked out with to pairs of Nikes.

For starters Super rude customer service! The staff is useless won’t even be helpful! The management staff horrible the store manager does not do anything about the staff don’t recommend this place for anyone if you’re looking for great customer service go somewhere I promise you you’ll find better service at Walmart then here…Finishline fix this issue or you’ll more then me as a customer

super rude employee!! came on 12/23 the man that helped mmy would not let her make a purchase until she gave him her email, harassed her in a full store of people! She was not able to purchase anything, An email is personal information we DO NOT have to give!

Do not order from this company! I order a specific shoe for a gift and the shoes shipped were completely wrong style and color and size. Then after the purchase I received so many sales calls for different companies. I think they sold my info? Don't buy from these people!

I went to this store yesterday with my husband and we asked for some shoes in size 10 since the ones on display did not fit and were a 10.5 after a good 5 min the employee came back and he gave us the shoes and they were still 10.5 another employee come and I tell him if we can get a size 10 that we think the other guy probably misunderstood us and after a few min that same other guy whom attended us first comes back with an attitude saying there’s no size 10 only 10.5 or 11 therefore I told him if he would have atleast told us that when he came instead of approaching us with an attitude and leaving the wrong size shoes it would have been fine but he just kept shrugging his shoulders and was completely rude employees are paid to serve customers this guy wasn’t even working with us long when he got his attitude and at no moment were we ever rude to him.

Tried to return a pair of shoes I ordered online. I wore them inside the house 2 days to se if they'd stretch out. Manager told me I was lying bc he can see dirt on the bottom. When he showed me the dirt I couldn't see what he is referring to. I'll go home and scrub the bottom with them with whitening toothpaste and return them to a different location. Won't buy from Finish Line again

The associate helping me was the most welcoming, friendly girl ever! She’s the type of associate a store is lucky to have. My receipt doesn’t show her name just employee number 0371432. Thanks for your help and suggestions! Made my entire day after having a bad experience at a different shoe store.
