Needed a simple patch to correct a flat tire. Small puncture directly in the middle of the tread. Technician refused to patch it and insisted I needed to purchase a new tire. Drove down the street to another tire shop where they fixed it easily.

Polite and attentive customer service (I was never interrupted, either on the phone or in person), competitive pricing, service completed on time. It's good to know one of the techs there owns (and repairs) an older vehicle that is almost identical (year, make, model) as mine.

The two gentlemen working at your location are actually very helpful, very polite, and I very much appreciate the customer service that was given. It has been a long time since I’ve seen that come from anybody in a customer service position and to top it off delivering said service genuinely with that! Very impressed and would honestly go out of my way to go to this location again if need be! Thank you!

I went with my brother here to get an oil change. They said he needed to replace 2 tires due to nails in them. He decides to go to Discount Tire to take care of it due to cheaper pricing. The employee of Discount Tire pulled out a nail the size of a tic tac and said his tires are fine. DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE. THEY WILL LIE AND GET EVERY PENNY OFF OF YOU. TRASH PEOPLE AND TRASH MANAGEMENT. AGAIN DO NOT COME HERE

Went in towards closing with a tire that definitely needed replacing. They were booked, but the guy up front went to the service manager to see if they could fit me in. Thanks to all of the guys at Firestone for taking care of my car and my safety. I appreciate it!

Great experience and reasonable price for lifetime alignments. Front desk employee (missed his name, possibly Andre) had great customer service.
Daniel, the tech who performed the alignment, went above and beyond to get my vehicle aligned even through the machine was having issues with Toyotas. He also took the time to explain to me what was going on, and what the results of the alignment test meant.
