I brought my work truck in on Sat. Nov. 25th for an oil change and to plug/patch a tire because it was near my apartment and convenient. I was told it would be about 2 hours, which I expected. Because it is a fleet vehicle, there is a certain way to enter it into the system and get authorization. The lady helping me was not familiar with the procedure and when she asked for help, the manager straight up tells her no, he doesn't have time. After about 2 hours, I called to check the status of my truck. I was told the work wasn't even started because they haven't received authorization. Not sure why I was not informed of this right away, but I called and got the authorization immediately. After another hour and a half the truck was ready. I was told that they could not find a leak anywhere in the tire. Either they never checked, or they are blind as can be. I've been having to fill the tire up 2 to 3 times a day. (I took the truck to a tire shop the next day and they found a nail and patched it.) And they failed to replace all the lug nuts. I realized after I left, I had 1 missing! I will NEVER be back to this Firestone, and I certainly wont bring my personal vehicle here.

There is something wrong with scheduling at Firestone stores. When the customer calls for an appointment and the store worker does not answer after a few rings, the call goes automatically to the customer service. The customer service worker does not have an updated availability to individual stores. The customer service worker schedules an appointment and gives the impression that it has been finalized. It happened to me twice at two different stores and I was told that I did not have an appointment in each case.

I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this is an exception.I brought my 04 silverado in for an alignment, place was not busy. Dropped off then 1.5 hrs later they tell me the truck is ready. I got there and they had refused to do the alignment, claiming wear on this and wear on that..trying to sell me on these services.However, what they didnt know is I have over 20 years experience working on vehicles and used to own a shop. I had in-fact just replaced many of the components they ‘recommended’ be replaced, hence the reason I was there for an alignment, as its not something I can easily do at home.This is a case of the tech hoping im stupid and will be ok with paying some clearly unexperienced person a fortune to replace brand new components…not everyone is a clueless customer and we know when its an attempt on a ripoff. Took the truck to another shop and alignment is done and true.Dont fall for their lifetime alignment deal, they definitely do not do well on trucks..The truth is they really dont want to do follow up alignments and I really do not have a lot of faith in these kind of ‘low end’ automotive shops, I highly doubt they employ anyone near a master mechanic level of experience.

Rob and Burt at Chandler Village were so awesome. The dealer said I needed major service. Firestone manager and tech found no issues after checking! Saved me hundreds of dollars. You have a customer for life! Thank you for being honest.

Came in to swap the front hood latch on my vehicle. They wanted 346 dollars for labor on a 5 minute job. What a joke

Took my wife's car for service and was the first appointment waited over an hour and a half at this location and all you can see are the mechanics and staff talking and not doing anything. They treated my wife poorly and I would not recommend that you send any vehicle here unless you want to wait hours. Avoid this location at all costs

man service is terrible, they over charge for an alignment and free on . i asked to get my skip plat screwed back in and guy said they'll do it but they just zip tied it without telling me. i found out from my oil guy today and i got the job done in may. i was also talked down as if i didn't know what i made my appointment for. they also said my appointment changed from 11am to 2pm without calling me, yet still took my keys at 11am and said to come back at 4pm. some bs if you ask me

We were very satisfied and grateful for the service, courtesy, knowledgeable experience and kindness we were shown today by Derek and the rest of the team who patched a hole in our tire. They diagnosed the problem quickly and remedied it in a brief time for a nominal fee. It was our first time there and now we have them as a place to return to when needed.Service: Tires

My girlfriend brought her car in. Didn't even tightened the part they replaced. Then they tell her it's the engine Cradle that's an issue, but the car is somehow safe to drive. This shop is an absolute clown show, avoid at all costs.

As I’m trying to check out with the customer service rep, he is immediately creepy. I felt objectified in the sense that I was being pressured into a speed dating round. I did not feel comfortable or like a customer. He then turned slightly rude after I explained an issue with my address. I panicked out of discomfort and just tried to leave and he comforted me by saying he was skipping steps this time to speed up the process. Yikes. After picking my car up from this location, the inside of my car is absolutely filthy. That’s not related to my creepy friend at the front desk, but seriously! go to another location!!

Ordered tires and scheduled online. Upon arrival I was told the don't have those tires and a manager would have to approve ordering. Luckily they did have tires that cost twice as much....listen to reviews and take your money elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing there. If management reads this, how about only showing tires you can pre-order on your site, and have the tires ordered a week in advance ready to install upon arrival. You would probably sell more tires.....
