Firestone staff was amazing. Very friendly. My Honda pilot had an issue with the suspension and I was educated on the problem and fix. The staff was very professional and the repair was done quickly and priced fairly.

This shop is great! I got 4 destination MTs from Israel and they took great care of my truck. Even aligned it so the tires will last! Thank you for the quick service time and excellent customer care team!

I brought a 2004 Ford E150 into this shop. These guys did a great job identifying low freon, they didnt try to over-sell or up-sell me, they assessed my issues, and quickly handled business. That meant a lot to me, as I own other vehicles. I then brought my 2013 Ford Flex and they identified a problem the dealership didnt find a year earlier, their AC tech is amazing, and although this was a pricey fix, over $2500 dollars, they fixed it correctly and we are driving that car happily everywhere in this Arizona heat. Lastly my 2013 GMC Sierra received a lift kit 2 years ago, new tires were put on and we never noticed those tires were wearing down incorrectly on the insides on the front. I knew just how to solve this; I contacted Firestone, scheduled an appointment, and just like that, like always, that great team over there handled business and had me back on the road in 6 hours. Thank you Firestone Team at AZ ave and Ocotillo! Amazing talent! I'll be back!

I have taken my car to this Firestone several times in the past year and a half. I had a really unfortunate experience this last time that makes me question if the work I had done previously even needed to be done. I brought my car in for an inspection because the car was pulling to the left on the freeway. They came back with a quote for over $3k, including control arms and brakes. I had a mechanic buddy of mine do the work, which took him about 2 hours and the parts cost less than $200. Firestone also said my battery needed replacing even though when tested it is in the green, good range.
I came back for an alignment after my buddy did the control arms and brakes. I asked if they could make sure my dust shield wasn’t touching the rotor because there was a rattling noise. I was told that my rotors were “shot” and needed replacing. I said okay and asked to see a picture and for the information to be sent to my email. I then told the employee that I had my brake rotors replaced 2 days ago. He quickly backed off and removed it from the recommended services. He also said I needed a filter replaced that was also replaced two days prior. He said he was just going off what the computer said the car needed, which implies that no one even looked. Had they looked, they would have seen that the brakes were just replaced. After printing out a sheet for me after the alignment, he started talking about the numbers and then said he really didn’t know what any of that meant.
Fast forward a few weeks, my car was still pulling to the left even after everything was replaced that Firestone claimed needed replacing. I took it into another shop and they said the left rear wheel bearing was extremely bent and that it would be unsafe to drive the car. The $3k+ estimate that Firestone originally gave me after doing an inspection did not include this and I was told it was safe to drive my car. This other shop fixed the wheel bearing issue in 2 hours for $255. Had I had Firestone do the work that my car “needed”, I would have spent over $3k to not have the problem addressed and to be driving a dangerous vehicle.
I am beyond disappointed. My family has gone to this Firestone for years, which is the reason I started going as well. After this experience, none of us will be back. If good, credible work and honesty is what you value from your mechanics, you will not find that here and I would encourage you to take your vehicle somewhere else.

I have had several oil changes, new tires, tire rotations, and other issues addressed at the Chandler store and have had great service each time. On two separate occasions, the manager, Israel, explained options and potential results with me so that I understood fully to make the best decision (as I’m not a car person). My service has always been quick and done well.

I've brought my cars to this Firestone for the last 4 years and have received nothing but excellent service. From the time I drop off, to the communication in between, to when I pick up my car there is never an issue. I don't understand these negative reviews. I do know people are more likely to complain than say something positive because that's just the world we live in. Israel is an awesome dude and always tries to find me discounts where he can. He never tries to pressure me and tells me what things are important and what I can wait on. I've recommended several people to his shop who've had great experiences just like me. It's hard to find a good mechanic but they've earned my trust!

Avoid this place. I had an appointment at 11 AM and dropped off my car at 10:30 AM. The pickup time was scheduled for 3 PM, but the service was not completed on time, and I wasn’t informed about the delay. There was no proper response from the staff. They simply told me they needed a few more hours. I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment if they can’t adhere to it.

This place is horrible. They have no clue how to run a business. Not sure how they are still open. Team members poorly trained and had no clue.
