Made appointment for primary purpose of finding out why car horn not working. Informed them when I made appt that I had already changed the fuse, that was not the issue.At appt, again stated I had changed the fuse and that was not the issue. When they called, informed me the fuses were fine and it would require running a diagnostic to find out more, which they had not done. I couldn't wait, and no one said it was not possible to do it that day.At next appt, they ran the diagnostic and said it was the horn assembly and they would have to order the part and I would have to come back a third time. When I expressed disappointment over having to spend an extra $35 in transport costs, the employee told me the diagnostic could not have been done before cause person not in that day.My time and money has been wasted, I believe a credit of $35 is appropriate, have not heard from store manager yet who was not in. Asked employee to share that request with him.Better yet, their survey came through but when it asks if you want someone to contact you, the pageand proceed. Classic

Worst experience ive ever had in 15 years that ive been driving and using shops. I was on my way from Tucson to PHX when i saw my tire pressure dropped, I made the mistake of going to the closest tire shop which was this store. I get there ask to have my tire patched so i can go on my way and pick up a car. They take my tire off and after about 10 mins the "head honcho" says the tire cant be fixed because of side is too worn. (Its a sportscar which gets new tires pretty often) and i saw it agreed and said i get that but right now i just need to be on my way, they said no we cant fix it so they gave me back the car with a flat tire, obviously i didnt move the car until they added air so i could atleast move it out of the way (surprised they didnt say that was against policy) so i gave up im over an hour from home i figured whatever let me buy 2 new tires for the back and it seemed like they were happy to say they couldnt get anything until tommorow. I had to call a MOBILE TIRE REPAIR to change my tires in the parking lot of firestone. I will never go to another firestone again.

Terrible experience. First of all... they up charge the oil by 300%. I had a 3pm appointment and had to walk home about half mile. I walked back at 6pm (closing time) to find my car in the same spot. The guy asked if he wanted me to do the oil change while I wait for 30 minutes. This place used to cost $70 in 2020 for a synthetic oil change and is now a whopping $140! Do not come here because it's a shit show.

The individuals that work at this location need serious skills training when it comes to customers and to vehicles. I have never seen such incompetence in an auto shop as this one. Unprofessional and extremely rude.

Excellent customer service here at Firestone! They truly went above and beyond the call of duty! They not only were able to accommodate transportation for me, but they beat the dealership price by $200 and had labor intensive work done long before they closed! Thank you guys so much for making me feel like a valued customer!

I brought a brand new rim to Firestone to replace one on my vehicle that had curb rash. I inspected the new rim which was still in the box before dropping the vehicle off and it was in perfect condition. A few hours later I received a call stating my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. Upon pulling up I could see the new rim was damaged in multiple spots. I was pretty upset since I had just spent $575 on the rim. The manager on duty at the time was Ryan, he has zero customer service skills and I knew this from past experience. Ryan is rude, unapologetic, unprofessional, and dishonest. Ryan nonchalantly said I would need to wait until Israel, the manager above him came in the next day to see what he was going to do. I was unhappy and did not feel like he was handling the situation appropriately considering my property had just been damaged but I kept my composure. Ryan then attempted to charge me for a second vehicle that had a nail removed and when I said I didn't think I should have to pay for that since he owed me $575 for the damaged rim he said he was not going to release my keys. He and my husband went back and forth for a minute before he handed the keys over and told us to get out. Ryan admitted that the rim was damaged at the shop in front of multiple people and told us Israel would deal with it the next day. Waited until noon and finally called Firestone myself only to be told by Ryan that Israel was at lunch and was super busy so if I wanted to talk to him I would need to keep calling until I got ahold of him. Ryan also stated he now believed that they did not damage my rim and I flat out asked him why he was lying. I also told him we will be going to court then and he said go ahead he didn't care. I waited awhile and finally got Israel on the line. He never asked me our side of the story instead he told us to call corporate and hung up. Fortunately corporate was on the line to experience the unprofessional management themselves. Ryan is dishonest and a liability to Firestone. it's unfortunate that Israel took an employees word without even getting the customers side.
