Mortgage got transfered to these guys. I try to set up automated payments. They make it a nightmare. Don't get back to me. Finally, they kill my credit (825 to 550!) Because THEY wouldn't get back to me on how to set up the friggin automated mortgage payment (which I've never had an issue setting up before on 4 prior homes in the last 10 years). Never missed a mortgage payment or credit card payment in my life prior to this. Now I get to spend 3 years rebuilding my credit due to these crooks. Awesome.

Coming from a banker at another company. Customer service is bad here. 2 1/2 weeks to get a re-fi auto loan closed. Communication between their back office (underwriting) and branch bankers are bad. Showed up to an appointment just for the branch to tell me they had no idea what I was talking about nor did they have a loan closing in place nor did the loan processor I spoke with for a week straight never (forgot) submitted my application. This should have been apped and closed within 2 days at most! Wont be surprised to hear about this banking failing. Big bank gonna take little bank soon.

HORRIBLE customer service. Cross your fingers that you won't be charged extra fees for no reason because it's like pulling teeth getting the refund. Don't even try to do it over the phone! What a JOKE! I closed my accounts and changed banks. These guys are horrible!

I've never had such quick and friendly responses from a bank before interacting with Joseph via email. He has been so helpful and what he doesn't immediately know, he will find answers to in a timely manner. He's a real MVP.

Looking for a better bank, look no further! First Citizens Bank, especially the Scottsdale branch on Northsight Blvd., is excellent. We have been with this bank for about two years now, and any question we had got answered, any request or issue got addressed in a courteous and professional manner, and at all times we felt like we mattered to them and they were there to help us. This caring and friendly manner permeates the bank so whether over the phone or in person in Florida or in Scottsdale, we experienced the same treatment. We use on-line banking, Zelle, transfers, etc. Once it was set up, which required some assistance getting to know a new system, all went well from there, and we are so glad we changed banks. If I can give it less than one star that would be great. I'm a disabled veteran looking to open up a brand new account. I live maybe three blocks away from this branch so I drive past it literally every single day. I walk into the branch and got met with a slight level of civility and hostility at the same time by of course the only black guy in the branch. Who basically goes on to tell me that they do not open up checking accounts and they are primarily a business account. I'm also a black man so I found this behavior to be odd and clearly a lie when it says right on the website that they have basic checking accounts. He was incredibly rude and dispensive even went so far to tell me that this is an exclusive bank.

I have had a business banking relationship with this location for many years. All of the employees are very helpful. They have provided all of the products and services that I have ever needed. I highly recommend this First Citizens location.

Our family uses this for my Mom's banking services, the nice thing is that is a smaller more friendly, personable bank. The people are nice and tailor to our needs. As with most banks we do online mostly, there are some problems here with the fact that it is very hard to cancel a recurring payment. The bank staff say to cancel it online, and the online call people say that it should be cancelled, but it seemingly cannot. Therefore I have a bunch of counter-transfers to cancel the inter-account transfers. In a busy location with a lot of things to do around. Nice interior and a 3-wide drive through.

Went here with a friend. I do not have an account with them. I think their building is beautiful. Good job whoever designed and built this!
