I honestly forgot I had and account here. It was probably closed out but I don’t care. This Bank is so horrid. They purposely change numbers in your account to take money from you. I know I’ve had this happen to me multiple occasions. You’d get a NSF Fee even if you knew you had they money they would change the numbers for things to reflect your account way latter which results in the NFS Fee. No matter who you talk to they don’t care. Save your time and money and go anywhere else

I would rate this less than a one star. My sister in law and I came in to get a cashiers check, when asked if we banked with them we stated no. Yasmin ( the banker) let us know we needed to open an account to proceed with the cashiers check, and asked if we would be active in the account. When we stated no she states "then you can't get a cashiers check". I proceeded to let her know she can't dictate our card use and can't refuse to open an account without probable cause. She then had an extremely nasty attitude, made it inconvenient, and was hostile during the entire process. I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone or the staff!

After way to many times of being lied to my face of checks being ready in 2 days but really in 5 and People not knowing why other people say certain things. Horrible experience

One of the worst banks, I've always had problems with this bank. When I went to close my account, and 3 people spend 5 mins trying to convince me to keep the account, after saying no multiple times, they wouldn't stop asking why I wanted to close the account. I asked the lady if I can get my money in a check, the lady was so rude and asked "why I would want a check", I said because that's what I want. She said so rudely "it's a 5 dollar fee for a check, do you even have 5 dollars". The lady who helped me was so rude and had a really bad attitude, the manger/ supervisor watched the entire time, staring at me like I did something wrong. Don't waste your time with this place.

This bank stole $ from me on a dispute issue. The vendor has given me proof the bank had my $ and 1st convenience kept denying it. I spent hours trying to speak with someone. Every time I called, I held anywhere from 1-2 hrs only to be transferred to another department when someone finally answered or being hung up on and getting no call back. I finally gave up and closed my account, yeah they kept my money. They don't care about people at all. And forget trying to get help from the local branch, they will tell you they can't do anything and ask you to call the main branch. So ultimately their goal is to make this as difficult as possible for people to get help that you finally give up. This bank is trash.

DO NOT LET THE YOUNG MAN WITH THE SHORT DARK HAIR HELP YOU. i believe his names adrian. very rude. will tell you he needs your personal cell phone to login to your account to help you. i've filed disputes, made deposits, withdrawals, the girls that work here are WONDERFUL. they are kind and helpful but he's basically offended when you walk in. told me multiple times i should call the 1800 number but the person who answered and the live chat told me to go in. would only file the dispute with MY CELL PHONE and not his computer.

The bank has branches in walmart. Very convenient hours . In the branches people are very friendly and efficient. I have been to Scottsdale and chandler, sometimes a notary is there. I recommend this bank to everyone. Please try it, you won't regret it.

Worst customer Service and bank they still your money and have things pending for days on end then post the smaller charges first so that you’ll end up with an overdraft fee.. You guys are scam artist !!! I literally hate this bank and closing my account asap i kept giving chance after chance .. won’t reverse overdraft fee because the merchant error letter that took forever to get wasn’t good enough.. you guys are really wrong!!! I’m over this bank and would never recommend it to anyone else...

I have been a customer at this bank for almost three years now. The tellers here have no customer service at all, I was ignored and talked over to a customer behind me while I was supposed to be doing a deposit, which brings me how they do not know how to deposit checks correctly. I could not go forth with my transaction and went to a neighboring, competitor bank which helped me immensely and had I a WONDERFUL expierence, I'm not even a customer with them. I'll consider this the last expierence I have with First Convenience Bank.

Extremely poor customer service Christian Cuevas was extremely rude and argumentative I have been going to this bank for 6 years and have never had an issue the way I had an issue with him he has only been here one year I would recommend having someone else with better customer service in charge of a branch.
