Someone brought their dog into the store and it defecated. The smell spread throughout the whole area. I had to leave. On my way out, I complained to an employee who said she wasn’t ALLOWED to say anything to them. If corporate doesn’t have respect for its customers, its stores, or its employees, it is not a company I want to do business with.

The store was exceptionally clean. We were interested in toys for the kids. There are so many items to choose from. Great prices, of course. The kids had a great time, and the staff was helpful. My wife might have gotten carried away. It's a shame we do not live closer.

Personal checking account was not working with my credit card the lady was very nice helped me with the kiosk didn't judge me at all I pay with cash she show how to pay with cash with great customer service thank you five below I love spending my money there way better than family dollar yes.

If youve never been to a 5 below I would strongly recommend! Every one that I've been to has had the most respectful and professional employees and even the store itself is always clean and well stocked with cool stuff. Only downside is that everytime i go into one expecting to only spend $5-$10 i end up walking out spending closer to $100 lol. You guys rock 🤘🏻
