First time going to Flo for yoga, was great! Adrian was friendly instructor and good pace! Place has good vibes, no pretentiousness. Owners are super friendly and inviting. Will go back, thanks!

I've been to 2 yoga classes here and I've loved them so much. I just went to Adrienne's Thursday 5pm class and felt super grounded and aligned leaving. Will def be back.
