When I purchased my granite countertops through them, I was told the process was the installer would fill all pits. When I selected my slab, I apparently signed off on it as is, or something like that. I call Floor Ever Interiors and ask for help, for them to stand behind what they told me, they say no installer will come out and do that. Really? They misled me.

This is the second time we have used Floorever. Our first experience was wonderful, which we have not often had as an experience with other contractors and the second was even better.We worked with Jeanne who is always professional and kind. She is knowledgeable about every aspect including the smallest details of our job. She managed the entire project for us (the only thing we had to do, was say good morning to the day’s contractor's). She stayed in very close contact with us throughout our project (master shower rebuilt from top to bottom, new pan, pony wall, tile, glass doors and everything behind the walls). She always returned calls in a more than timely manner, which I freakin’ LOVE.Would definitely, definitely, definitely use Floorever again.

We have had three rooms done by FloorEver Interiors and we have been very happy with all they have done in our home. Each time they have provided total pricing, a timeline for starting and completing and each time everything happened on schedule and the price was exactly what we were told upfront. Over the years I have purchased several Hunter Douglas window shades from Floorever Interiors and was very pleased. This summer I had them remodel my master bedroom shower and bathtub area. It was hard for me to pull the trigger on this bathroom project because I really dreaded the mess and the hassle! However, Jeanne made it seem so simple, helping me choose the materials and offering design suggestions. The project was completed in a few weeks with way less mess and inconvenience to me than I had imagined! I was very happy with all the subcontractors and either Jeanne or Karl came by daily to check their progress. Communication was excellent and people showed up when they said they would! The tile installer, Emerson, was especially skilled and detail oriented!! I am very happy with the way it turned out and highly recommend this business!

They installed a beautiful tile floor in our Sun Lakes home. Katie, Jeanne and Karl were great to work with. The installers worked hard, were respectful of our home and did a nice job. We had a couple of unexpected hiccups and a tight timeline, but they were very responsive.

We started working with Jeanne McMurdy and FloorEver Flooring even before our new home build was complete. We knew we wanted several rooms to be customized and window treatments throughout our new home. Jeanne took on finishing the laundry room; installing a fireplace wall with custom tile, floating shelves and cabinets; transforming our morning kitchen into a wet bar; customizing our office space. She and her team did a MARVELOUS JOB ON EVERYTHING! Her sub-contractors were impeccable, very detail oriented and customer focused. All the work was completed on schedule, and that’s saying a lot given the current supply chain issues. Had 2 appointments and they were both a no show.First appointment on May 6th at 1PM with Carl. Second appointment with same individual on May 10th at 4PM.Talked with Jean about first missed appointment on May 6th and rescheduled second appointment for May 10th with her for Carl. We bought a home in Sun Lakes that had carpeting In the two bedrooms and closets. As an asthma sufferer, I needed to replace the carpeting. Being new to the area, we asked around and selected Floorever Interiors in Chandler, a family-owned business, and selected a wood grain style-ceramic tile. They removed the carpeting and set the tile floor, beautifully. They did everything they promised, on time and on budget. They exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them!
