Right up front, I want to say how very pleased I am with Fogco!
I recently encountered an issue with one of eight specialty fans that had performed flawlessly for a couple of years.
After conducting a preliminary diagnostic, Fogco was contacted for technical support. I was directed to Sarah Adams, their Sales Representative, and her assistance was especially helpful.
Sarah’s technical expertise and collaborative approach were outstanding, quickly leading to a happy outcome. Her personal approach and product knowledge clearly reflect Fogco’s core values, both are a testament to a winning business strategy.
I’m particularly grateful to Sarah, and the Fogco management team, for their support. Thank you, Sarah!

Customer service is top notch! Jamie was wonderful in helping me order additional parts and also walked me through some trouble shooting over the phone. I appreciate John's knowledge as he calculated the motor pully in order to appropriately size the system for my back yard. You both rock!
