This company will do everything in their power not to return merchandise that is clearly defective.Manager on shift is young, inexperienced, and rude. If you purchase clothing that falls apart, there should be some sort of recourse, especially when the outfit didn't even last long enough to wear out.Really terrible customer service.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would! The workers were condescending rude had no care for a customer. I was told by another forever, 21 I could go in exchange a shirt that 8 blight at another store because they did not have it in stock. So I did that and these employees told me how they could not do that because it was not purchased within the 24 hour mark. It felt extremely short and rude and gave me no other option other than to come back tomorrow. Another manager approached and told me that I was rude and I should stop as if that is any form of customer service that would be appropriate. go to any other forever 21 in spare yourself please!!!!

I am definitely going to call corporate to report either the manager or employee for creating a hostile environment for my partner for asking a simple question at this location. I am not going to stop until the manager or employee get rectified over what they did. The fact they do not know how to handle a minor situation and created a hostile environment for my partner by calling the security cop is insane. My partner called to ask about an item and he got hanged up and the next day he called and he mentioned the issue. Can you believe whoever was on the phone lied and hanged up. When he called, not knowing that’s not him, they just picked up and put the phone down instead of talking on the phone that’s how rude they are!!! When he went in store to look for the item and he mentioned the issue to one of the employee as a casual conversation. That employee went to gossip about it to the manager and the manager (it’s either this manager is young, inexperienced, insecure, prejudice) felt some type of way over a MINOR question and called the security cop on him and turned down service over a MINOR MINOR reference. If you are a manager and you cannot handle minor questions or comments about bad service then you should not be working at a big retail store. I am definitely going to make sure Forever 21 investigates their employees at this location because they’ll offer bad service and be rude and when you question it. They’ll turn down service and create a more hostile environment by calling the security cop over a small question/comment that can be easily easily addressed. They do not even apologize for their employees bad service. They just sweep it under the rug and kick you out as a customer.

This store and its staff are utterly undeserving of even a single star rating. I recently purchased a shirt from their establishment, only to discover upon arriving home that it had a prominent hole. To rectify the situation, I promptly returned to the store, expecting a smooth and efficient return process. However, to my dismay, the staff adamantly refused to accept the return, subjecting me to a frustrating game of being passed from one manager to another.As a first-time customer of this brand, it deeply saddens me to have such a disappointing experience. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction exhibited by the store and its staff is unacceptable.Customers should be treated with respect and provided with the necessary assistance when faced with defective merchandise. It is my hope that the necessary steps will be taken to rectify this situation and restore faith in the brand's commitment to customer service.

So i go to this store because it’s the closest in proximity to my home. I feel so bad for the employees that work here. As a customer the last thing we expect is to hear a manager mistreating her staff. Yvonne is not only rude to the customers that come in but the way she talks to her staff is disgusting. Forever 21 correct it . Remove her and I promise you’ll have great results .

Wide selection of clothing and accessories, but the fitting rooms seem like they never get cleaned. They are filthy!!

got a great deal on knee/thigh high boots ($15 each) unfortunately they didn’t have black in my size but i got 2 very cute pairs of brown ones, so glad i caught that sale.also got 2 skirts, as well as a dress and a jacket on but one get one free :)super glad i stopped in there.

I was having trouble returning something I ended up not needing. Had literally not used it, with tags ?️ in the bag. I spoke with the MANAGER?and she was really nice, she seemed to understand my situation and frustration and helped me with the returning process thank you so much ??

Bought a 2 piece. When I bought it there wasn't a tag on it. No problem.Had to return it but was told Supervisor/ Manager told me I'M suppose to make sure there is a tag on when I buy because they are not suppose to let it sell without a tag.... but they did.

I do not recommend ordering online and picking up in store cashiers are not knowledgeable knowing register/system and they kept arguing with me telling my order was not complete when I received multiple emails saying it was ready to be picked up . Show them the emails. Had to asked for a manager, Nicole(manager) was also not helpful, I had to explain to her that I drove 30 minutes to pick up order and cashiers were messing around talking between them and not knowledgeable on system to look for my order.. I had to asked her 2 times to look at email with order information. Really poor service and never once apologized for Inconvenience. She then went back and look for herself and found my order., no apology only hand me bag with my order. As soon as I turn around cashiers started laughing unprofessional and talking about me.
