I had never been in this store and was so disappointed with the poor customer service I received. The cashier Noa had such a nasty attitude and was making little smart comments throughout my transaction and still seemed shocked when I reciprocated the same energy towards her.

The worker Noa was the person who checked me out. I bought shoes that were on sale for $15. No where on their promotions did it say final sale or implied anything like that of the sort. It didn't even say at the front where you check out nor did Noa explain that my item would be final sale. I went back the same day to go back and exchange, but I was told I couldn't because it's a final sale item. I asked where it says that and she told me it says it on the box. She proceeded to point to the price of the item. I asked where does it say final sale? All she did was show me a price. Then she told me that certain items ending in certain numbers are consider final sale. Again, I asked where it says that because my very one receipt didn't explain this number system she's speaking of. She proceeded to LOOK up on her computer where it says that information she was repeating back to me. My question was, how am I suppose to know that I needed to go online to see your return policy when I'm shopping in person?? It wasn't posted any where in the store and not even mentioned in my receipt. It just says final sale items...what does that specifically entail and why doesn't your receipts have the same contents as your policy does on the website? Overall, she wouldn't even let me exchange the items.

On 12/28/2021 I had a terrible experience at this store. I was belittled and berated store manager; Sarah.Background: at approximately 16:45 I walked into Francesca's intending to exchange two items I had brought online. When I entered the store there were other customers in the queue, so I browsed around at a few items. When the queue was cleared, I waited for the cashier to prompt me. I greeted the young lady at the register and let her know that I would like to exchange two items. I took the items out of the paper bag I had them in.It had been raining that day and the bag was wet, so I asked the young lady if she could throw away the paper bag for me. She kindly obliged to my request and we proceeded to complete the exchange.Next to the young lady was a woman counting money and to my surprise she abruptly interrupted and stated “well, you need a receipt.” Taken aback by her rude interjection, I replied “yes, of course. I have it right here in my email.” I pull up the receipt on my phone and hand my phone to the young lady.Without hesitation the woman, Sarah, snatched my phone from the young lady’s hand. Confused, the young lady and I look at each other. I explain to the young lady that I’d like to exchange one of the tops for a pink one I saw online. Sarah, interrupts and says “you need to go and get the top.” I am unsure of what she meant so I say “I didn’t see the color I want in store.” Sarah seemed very agitated by my response and I begin to feel uncomfortable as her body language was very aggressive.The young lady explains to Sarah that they only have the grey color in store and that I wanted the pink one. Sarah walks from behind the counter and angrily grabs the gray sweater from the display. She walks back behind the counter and states “all you needed to do was grab the sweater so I can scan it.”At this point, I am so shocked by her behavior towards me that I ask “are you OK?” Her response was “yes, are you?”. I explain that I am a frequent shopper at Francesca's and I had never been treated so rudely before. I stated “you are being so aggressive towards me and I am not sure why. I am very shaken right now so I going to cancel this transaction and leave”. Sarah responds“ well do you want your wet bag as well?” I am shaking so much because I’m in fight or flight mode. I state “ I would like to speak with a manager” and she responds “I am the manager and I have worked for this company for 6 years”. I request for the corporate phone number and she states “ you can find that yourself online.” I ask the young lady for help and she states that she does not know either, but I eventually find the number.The manager was laughing as I was having a panic attack and while on the phone with their customer service department who stated that the district manager would reach out to me.Other customers were visibly shocked. I was shaking so much that I had an anxiety attack. As a regular customers and a huge fan of Francesca’s, I have never had such an interaction as the ladies there are always so welcoming and nice. I left the store in tears and will honestly never return or shop there as long as that manager is with the company.

Totally recommend shopping here. There are always great deals and service! Love going into this location. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you out while shopping. They greet you upon entering the store, allow you to shop a few minutes before asking if you need help, and will even suggest some items when unsure of what to get. If you need an opinion on something you are planning to get they will give you it. Went in for gifts a few times and they had the best ideas on what to get for the people I was shopping for. The ladies really make you feel comfortable while shopping. Overall a great experience while shopping and checking out. Will return!

I returned the merchandise mainly because the customer service was insensitive and cold. It was even more so during the transaction. It was dead silence and no interaction/greeting. I spoke and wanted an opinion but the two ladies stood there with no comment. The merchandise definitely is overpriced however not worried about cost. I don't recommend the store.

I love shopping in the Francesca’s , but tonight there was a Rude little teenager working there , I asked her questions about earrings she was mean & unprofessional! You’re Little girl still need Daiper Changes!

Came on here to rave about Candace. Had to make a quick stop for a friend's birthday in a rush. She offered so many helpful tips, directed me to exactly what I was looking for, even though I was a little vague, and basically took care of things I didn't even think to think of to get me on my way early to my event. Love this shop even more now

I came into this store after work on a Tuesday evening and was not greeted as I walked in, there was only one other customer in the store. I browsed majority of the racks without a peep from any of the sales associates. I even helped myself into the dressing room, I walked out empty handed and was horrified at how bad the customer service is here. This was not my first experience!

Went there on a Monday morning. They had just opened and I was the only customer in the store. I was returning a new, unopened item while I attempted to ask the clerk about their return policy when she answered the phone and signaled to me to hold on a moment (while she takes care of the person on the line-- which turned out to be a stock check for a garment.) When the clerk came back from the stockroom I began asking her once more to explain the return policy when she answered the phone AGAIN! I was beside myself! HOW RUDE! Please take care of customers who are in front of you first and foremost, phone calls can be put on hold, or ignored until you're free. Second complaint is that there return policy is of the worst. I had the receipt for the item -- it was purchased at $28 plus tax but since it was bought over 21 days prior (purchased 30 days ago) I was only able to get a store credit for $11, which was the current sale price + tax. Unbelievable horrible customer service at this establishment. Not to mention all the jewelry and handbags I have purchased there have fallen part. No thank you Francesca's you have lost a customer-- and I have 4 daughters, none of them will be patronizing your stores any longer, either.

Francesca's is a women's clothing shop that continues to grow on me. The nice thing about this store is it also serves as a gift shop. They offer a variety of fun mugs, plaques, t-shirts, and other novelty gifts, as well as clothing, fashion purses, and jewelry. Today I was shopping for a gift and ended up finding 3 awesome tops for a great price (buy one get one 50% off), which seems to be their standard sale. They also have some great clearance racks. What occurred to me today is how pleasant the staff is. Every time I have been inside their stores, the staff has been especially friendly and helpful! These stores are located in various states and malls. However, today I was shopping at the Chandler Fashion Center and wanted to say thanks to the Manager and Assistant Manager-Thank you for making my shopping experience so pleasurable today! They even picked out some things for me to try based on my selections! Thanks again-you two deserve a raise!!!
