We recently purchased our second vehicle from Freeway Chevrolet and had the best experience! Erica made it so easy and fun! There were no hassles and she really worked with us on the price and got us the truck we wanted. Erica and her staff were very professional and kind, and I highly recommend this dealership. We will definitely be buying our future vehicles here! Thank you Erica for making this process easy and fun! You're truly the best!!

My vehicle needed a new battery, and I had it towed for free under my warranty. When I arrived by Uber at the dealership I had no idea which door to go into. Clear signage is needed to direct customers to the appropriate areas for check in. I was on crutches and no one came out to help tell me which door to go into for Checkin. Although all the windows are clear and I can see technicians sitting inside. I had attempted to open two doors that were locked. Since no techs came out to ask if I needed assistance. I made my way down further to the sales area and a really nice salesman was outside on the phone and immediately asked if I need help and guided me back down to where I originally was and grabbed a tech for me. My tech was really nice and helpful. The wait with an appt was just shy of 3 hours, so be prepared to wait. But I feel like this is the norm for dealerships it's always a long wait IMO. It would have been nice if they checked my tires for air and refilled my washer fluid. More attention to detail and care for customers is something they can improve. Overall not a bad experience, I would return.

If I could give ZERO stars --- please DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They lied, did shady things with paperwork- sold me a car with a CRACKED TRANSMISSION AND THEN just provided nothing but a bunch of BS to get another car.

So Freeway Chevrolet has been quite the let down and frankly tarnishes the Chevrolet name that I have grown up knowing. My entire family has for generations dedicated their lives to building Chevrolet Vehicles. Heck I even worked for them for a few years. I have grown to love the brand over the years, My family have had nothing but great experiences working with Chevrolet Sales team members back in Michigan where it apparently meant more. I now live in Arizona where I have the opposite experience. The wonderful experience started when we were in the market for a new vehicle. after extensive searching across multiple brands I finally found the vehicle we wanted, a Chevy Traverse Premier. Unfortunately it was on the line being built. So we put money down and held the vehicle. Fast forward to the week we were suppose to do some fun paper work and drive home with our new vehicle. Unfortunately our salesman sold that car to someone else and we were never informed. That salesman also no longer works there. We gave them one more chance. We were assigned a new sales person and we ordered another vehicle. This one came in and we loved it. During this process the salesperson told us they needed to schedule the Window Tinting for the front and door guards as that had not happened yet and due to the pandemic they did not have an in house tint person anymore and would need to schedule that the following week as they were only in Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I did schedule time to come in and I drove the car over to Freeway Chevrolet and the individual who tints did not show up to work that day so I drove home without tint on my windows. I will admit this was at the end of 2022. It is now September of 2023 and I still do not have my windows tinted as it is hard to drop off my vehicle for a cosmetic reason while exceptionally busy. Due to Chip shortages they did not install certain things on my vehicle like heated seats, rear park assist etc. I am now bringing in the vehicle for these reasons and am trying to schedule tinting once again since I have to take the vehicle in anyway. But because my Salesperson who sold me the car no longer works there they will no longer honor the window tinting that a representative of their company at the time assured me would be done. They claim it "hearsay" and wont honor it. I am not going to beg for them to honor the word of a representative that worked for them. However I do want to highlight for anyone reading when dealing with Freeway Chevrolet get it in writing or it never happened and even then they will question you every step of the way. I know a dealership should not be able to tarnish a brand as they are individually operated but because of these experiences Chevrolet doesnt have the same ring to me that it once did. I will state Jacob has been great in trying to help but this seems to be a decision above him..

My husband's 1990 Chevy truck overheated on the highway and he called Freeway Chevrolet to see if they can work on it. They said yes (he even made sure on a 1990) he had it towed there for $120.00. So I pick my husband up from Freeway Chevrolet, I see them taking pictures of the truck. The next day my husband gets a call that his truck is too old to work on...WHAT!!!!!!!NOW the issue is that they said they can work on it. We towed it there for $120.00 THEN they say oh sorry it is too old. We requested they pay for the tow for their error. NOPE!!

Here we go again... This dealership does not care about the customer, or repeat business. I cannot believe the sales gimmicks being used at this dealership to prey upon, and take advantage of customers who don't do their due diligence.I have purchased three vehicles from the dealership over the years, and each time it's a nightmare experience, whereas I leave, then they try to make it right after you've left a poor review. Freeway Chevrolet has no need of repeat customers - they just don't care. There is no long-term vision within the Sales Department of this dealership.I was looking at a 2023 Traverse with an MSRP of $36,790.00 (Stock # 232759), and they were selling it for $35,790.00. Here's the rub...Premium Window Tinting $1,399.00Door Cup / Edge Guard $599.00Nitrogen Filled Tires $399.00Dealer Prep $2,995.00 (For the love of GOD - another new misc fee)Window Etching (VTR) $228.00Lojack $699.99Dealer Doc Fee $599.00Total: $6,918 of Dealer Add-ons and Fees! Once again... $6,918.00!Sales Tax, and DMV Fees still extra over this.If you have absolutely no self respect, and you don't care about your kids' college fund, then go for it, but if you have any sense about you, please do your due diligence - STAY AWAY FROM FREEWAY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU - PERIOD. THEY THINK YOU'RE DUMB.

I called Freeway Chevrolet after having a bad experience at another dealer, and was connected with Nas. I explained what I was looking for, and he quickly located a vehicle for me in just a few minutes, and promptly texted me a full personalized walk-around tour of it, pointing out the features that I had specifically requested. As the dealership was an almost 2 hour drive away for me, him sending these videos was very important, and helped me to decide on my future car remotely. I sent in a few pictures of my trade-in, and was offered more than I had expected, and was given a quote on my new vehicle and a link to a down payment portal. I was able to start the paperwork online as well, which definitely saved a huge amount of time.I arrived at Freeway Chevrolet later in the day, and Nas walked over to greet me when I pulled up, which was greatly appreciated. We toured my new vehicle, quickly inspected my trade-in, and with the help of Jonathan at the front desk, Nas was able to get me right over to finish signing the paperwork that was started online, and I was driving away in my new car in under an hour! Overall, Freeway Chevrolet was a top-notch experience thanks to the cast of highly professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend Nas if you are looking for a new vehicle without being pressured into buying something you don't want to. He listened to what I wanted, and he made the experience so quick. I'm thankful that I found Freeway Chevrolet, and it was well worth the 2 hour drive for such fantastic service.

Just had the worst experience. Besides wasting my time I also wasted my money. The supervisor Chuck is no good and his customer service skills are atrocious. Went in to turn in a vehicle I had "purchased" and I thought was "approved" but I did not like the counter offer from the bank so I returned it. I had just filled up the gas tank on the Silverado and Chuck said we will get you your car back and get you some gas. They returned my original car back super dirty and with no gas. When I asked my sales person DC about the gas his supervisor was going to get me he said "my supervisor said we weren't going to do that"Just because I rejected the counter offer and I didn't go through with the sale they basically treated me like trash and like I didn't matter. If you are thinking of coming here don't. You will leave happy with your vehicle for them to then change the terms of the you had originally agreed on with finance.

Made an appointment at 11am for oil change and airbag recall. When I arrived I was told that might be completed by end of day. What's the point of an appointment???
