I would be very cautious if looking for a vehicle at the Freeway Chevrolet dealership. My wife & I agreed to purchase a vehicle that was located at a different dealership. We were told they would get it and we could pick it up next day @ 10am. We received a call @ 9am confirming the appointment. The car was not there at 10 but we were assured they were going for it shortly. We were persuaded to stay several times but at 3:30pm we decided we were being lied to and we left. I later found out the car had been sold. I recommend you don't be drawn in by their phony act of professionalism.

It took a little longer to get new rotors and disk brakes than I expected. It took 4 days to determine if it needed new rotors. The car was returned dirty from being left outside.

I was shopping for a 3rd row suv, I found one at a great price. Seth was my salesman, worked a great deal on My checy traverse
I bought this suv not only the 3rd room and the room. But I bought bcuz it has a tow package. Seth said yes there is a tow package. So I took the suv home. I was learning my suv. I removed the cover were the tow hitch should be. So I removed the cover, to my surprise no tow package. I texted Seth, he talked to his manager, manager stated they wouldn't add the tow hitch. He said bcuz he give me a great deal on the suv. If I would have know it didn't have the tow hitch I would have picked a different suv. I hope someone sees this and takes care of my needs since I was told tgere was a tow hitch.

Went to Freeway Chevrolet for service: oil change and cabin filter replacement. Cade was pleasant and helpful. He did his up-sell of other products and services and provided assurances that none would cause my vehicle to malfunction without them now. I appreciated his honesty and reassurance. Thank you, Cade! Was a little disappointed, as when my friend had service done, they also washed his truck — is Freeway not offering that added free service anymore? T
