Got a used Malibu Dec. 2022.. nice no problems.. fast forward to having it for 10months, & the check engine light comes on. I've had it fixed 3 times, the third time the part came from a chevy dealership and then a month later the light comes on, it has something to do with the solenoid & high voltage.. well, I don't think I should have to fix it, the problem started 10 months into me having the car & at 60,000 miles. it's not very old (3yrs old) ..Freeway Chevrolet is not at all very professional, they don't return phone calls or messages I'm ready to just give the car back!!! ???

Our experience with Freeway Chevrolet was exceptional. Our sales person, Dennis Renko, was wonderful to work with. He showed us a variety of vehicles making sure we were aware of the options available to us in making our decision. The expertise he had of the vehicles was exemplary. Each person involved in our purchase were all very personable and professional and very accommodating. Malcolm stepped in to assist in setting up a few of the apps and was great in reassuring us in making sure all was in working order. He took time in demonstrating functions and never made us feel we were a bother. Alex completed the final steps in the purchase. Any question we had he was able to answer and if not him, he found someone who could. All the personnel here worked together and it was a wonderful experience.

Very efficient in and out, did what they said they would do within the timeframe they said they would do it. I do wish, however, they had not shrunk the size of the waiting area; and that they would add more electrical outlets.

I recently was able to purchase a vehicle from Freeway Chevrolet. My sales person was Steven. I had previously dealt with Steven several times prior. He has a lot of empathy regarding consumer’s financial situations. Steven began his out of the norm consumer services by texting screen images regarding trucks to my liking and persistently updating me throughout the day until the deal was complete. Way to go Steven! To the owner and Steven, much gratitude and thanks! ?

They don't properly inspect the vehicles before they sell them although they'll lie and say it had basically a million point inspection. They even labeled a 4-cylinder SUV as a V6, and sales won't communicate to service to take care of issues, instead they will ignore you, and only provide updates after you have to bug them after several days of silence. Best part is they first assume you're lying if you're complaining about an issue, then finally acknowledge it, but then hand you the bill, even if you've told them of the issue since the very first day you purchased it. Definitely will not be returning.

There were no hassles and she really worked with us on the price and got us the truck we wanted. Erica and her staff were very professional and kind, and I highly recommend this dealership. We will definitely be buying our future vehicles here! Thank you Erica for making this process easy and fun! You're truly the best!!

If I could give ZERO stars --- please DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They lied, did shady things with paperwork- sold me a car with a CRACKED TRANSMISSION AND THEN just provided nothing but a bunch of BS to get another car.

Bought a used car from them (2019, under 9k miles).- the tires on the car are at 5/32nds and are 6 years old (2 yr older than the car itself?!). Owners manual says tires 6 years and older are unsafe and should be replaced no matter the wear. Local shop said 5yr in the desert. So these folks are knowingly selling unsafe vehicles or have no idea what they're selling, don't know which is worse.- they did a hard credit pull, even though we only got partway through the financing forms before I decided to pay cash. Only found out weeks after when I got a letter in the mail.- the interior was dirty. Sticky drip marks, white stains on the dashboard, stained seat, black dirty shoe marks- a couple of deep scratches on the roof (into the primer)- windows weren't cleaned properly before the tint was applied. Tons of little tiny bubbles, and the top corner is already peeling on one window.- I was promised a copy of the inspection they did but it was never provided to me. Calls/emails/texts were ignored until I visited in person and it mysteriously couldn't be found.

Just had a great experience buying my first car at Freeway! Thanks to Seth and Erica for helping me choose and complete my purchase. And thanks to the managers who shared EV tips and congratulations on my first purchase. Very friendly environment with less pressure than other dealers, I'd recommend them if you're in the market for a new or used car!

So Freeway Chevrolet has been quite the let down and frankly tarnishes the Chevrolet name that I have grown up knowing. My entire family has for generations dedicated their lives to building Chevrolet Vehicles. Heck I even worked for them for a few years. I have grown to love the brand over the years, My family have had nothing but great experiences working with Chevrolet Sales team members back in Michigan where it apparently meant more. I now live in Arizona where I have the opposite experience. The wonderful experience started when we were in the market for a new vehicle. after extensive searching across multiple brands I finally found the vehicle we wanted, a Chevy Traverse Premier. Unfortunately it was on the line being built. So we put money down and held the vehicle. Fast forward to the week we were suppose to do some fun paper work and drive home with our new vehicle. Unfortunately our salesman sold that car to someone else and we were never informed. That salesman also no longer works there. We gave them one more chance. We were assigned a new sales person and we ordered another vehicle. This one came in and we loved it. During this process the salesperson told us they needed to schedule the Window Tinting for the front and door guards as that had not happened yet and due to the pandemic they did not have an in house tint person anymore and would need to schedule that the following week as they were only in Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I did schedule time to come in and I drove the car over to Freeway Chevrolet and the individual who tints did not show up to work that day so I drove home without tint on my windows. I will admit this was at the end of 2022. It is now September of 2023 and I still do not have my windows tinted as it is hard to drop off my vehicle for a cosmetic reason while exceptionally busy. Due to Chip shortages they did not install certain things on my vehicle like heated seats, rear park assist etc. I am now bringing in the vehicle for these reasons and am trying to schedule tinting once again since I have to take the vehicle in anyway. But because my Salesperson who sold me the car no longer works there they will no longer honor the window tinting that a representative of their company at the time assured me would be done. They claim it "hearsay" and wont honor it. I am not going to beg for them to honor the word of a representative that worked for them. However I do want to highlight for anyone reading when dealing with Freeway Chevrolet get it in writing or it never happened and even then they will question you every step of the way. I know a dealership should not be able to tarnish a brand as they are individually operated but because of these experiences Chevrolet doesnt have the same ring to me that it once did. I will state Jacob has been great in trying to help but this seems to be a decision above him..
