Just awful.
Went in for a specific obvious issue. Then came back with an astronomical bill recommending I replace about six extra parts as a precaution.
They gave me the run around on explaining why it costs so much and what they actually looked at.

I came in to get a water pump replaced. I already purchased the part because I knew what the problem was. But I just wanted the mechanics opinion before we went ahead with the replacement. They came back with a estimate of $15,000 and charged me over 800 for the diagnostic. They recommend replacing THE ENTIRE COOLING SYSTEM. That's lazy diagnostics. Now I will take my buisness down the road and replace my water pump. When that fixes the issue, like I know it will!, It will confirm that these guys are a scam and I feel bad for the people they take advantage of.
Also when I brought the RV in. The back end was dirty and my hood is broken a bit. Not 1 finger print or hand print in the dust on the hood to the rad, also looks like there never moved out the slides inside either. I suspect then never even looked. Smh

Don’t just buy here. Make sure you ask what boys the warranty on your part before you buy it because they won’t tell you I bought Ac Compressor five months ago and it went out. It said he had it on your warranty, but they did not because I did not buy another part, the warranty, but I was never told that an order for the warranty to be valid. I needed to buy the second part.

I would recommend no one going to this location. They straight up lied to me when I brought my truck in for service. i came in with my truck running good and just needed a leaking injector replaced. By the time they called me back, they wanted to replace fuel filters and etc on top of what I wanted done. They broke the T off the inside of the Fuel filter and then called me back to say I had metal in my tanks and my bill went from 3,800 to $30,000 and wanted to replace entire fuel system. We refused and when we went to pick up the truck it wouldn't even run. I then had to tow it to another facility down the road because I wouldn't let them do this to me anymore. Here is the bottom line, I took the truck to the other facility and they fixed the fuel filter that Velocity broke, fixed one injector and the truck has been running perfect ever since. So I went from Velocity trying to charge me $30,000 to a $3,800 repair in which a huge part of that was the fuel filter t that they broke to begin with. they shadiest and worst place to ever take your truck. Either horrible mechanics or out right scammers. I would not go back there is my life depended on it.

Not a very happy place to go attitudes very crappy they all seemed like they hated everyone and did not want to be there the customers that were beside me 2 guys asked for a couple of items and they said they did not have it then he said how about the couplers that you guys had on the floor oh we dont have that so the other guy asked do you have any in the back the one parts kid heard it and said yes we do just not a good place to shop It was a lot better when it was freightliner. They had friendlier more intelligent people working there.

Example: 4 hours job they do in 10 hours to charge you extra . Do not go to this place. They are looters.
Service department lady ‘ Dee’ has attitude when she talks to you . She looks like racist. She hates another communities. Not friendly faces . Don’t pay attention while talking to you . Makes you feel that why are you drivers here ?
They tried to make me fool taking payment of $5800 instead of taking $4908 . I caught the lady who tried to charge me extra . She did not say sorry or apologize.
Do not go to this place. 😔
