I ordered sandwich trays online and was quoted a 24.99 price point. When I picked them up I was changed 27.99. I showed the deli associate my email and asked for a price adjustment, she took attitude as did the customer service manager. In fact he walked off from the deli to the customer service counter in a huff with attitude and said he would be at the customer service counter when we were ready. We ordered 2 more trays to be picked up the next day and spoke to the deli manager about the rudeness we encountered the day before, she apologized and was much nicer than the associates we dealt with the day before. I didn't shop the rest of the store. I would have given 1 star but the deli manager was nice and added a couple stars for her pleasant customer service.

The last TWO times i’ve done clicklist at this location, I’ve had to throw out over half my produce items due to them being MOLDY and INEDIBLE. I also ordered beef and got one expiring the next day. They NEED better quality control on orders.

need an app on your phone to buy on sale items. im old dont have a fancy phone dont have an app. was told i can't buy the items. take your app and stick it up your app

First time going into Fry’s. The customers are rude AF. People don't say EXSCUSE me if they need to get by or wanna pass you. Like holy. Instead they make faces at you as if I had eyes in the back of my head and I'm suppose to see you . Lots if impatient people there all the way around. Overall shopping was ok. Not the cheapest it's about the same wherever you go. Only difference is sake items just like any other grocery store. Not a huge fan here.

This store is consistently crowded and busy. Only 1/4 registers open. Customers lined up down the isles. Staff isn’t very friendly. Probably stressed from frustrated customers. Totally understandable.

This Frys is always a mess and out of digital coupon items on a regular basis. What’s the point of having ad items if you either can’t get the product or don’t have the employee fill it?

It was very clean. But not so organized item wise. I had a hard time finding Hormel chili with beans, which weren't with the other beans, such as baked beans pinto beans with mild chili sauce, bush's kidney beans with spicy chili sauce. The cashier took a lot of time looking for her paper towel, before she checked me out.

Seems like some of their prices are coming down. I always shopped at Frys until their prices were that of higher end grocery stores. But they have had some good sales lately.

This is the closest grocery store near me so this is where I would do my grocery shopping but not anymore. The store smells disgusting as soon as you walk in. Like sewer water. The store is really crowded and the staff seems really grumpy all the time. There was a lady at the self check out that was really rude to another elderly customer, that was uncalled for. The pick up orders are always getting delayed and they call you the very last minute to let you know- they don’t even apologize or seem like they care for the inconvenience. Substitutions are strange and produce selection is not good at all. I’m done shopping at that location.

So busy they got it down good! It closest to me and cheaper than Albertsons. Albertsons is more expensive but waaaaaay easier to get in and out of. I'm leave a similar review for Albertsons if I remember....

I'm so tired of the rude employees at this store especially at the meat counter where you get bacon sausage steaks not friendly at all especially the lady that works there VERY VERY RUDE only one nice person back there didn't see him today. The service at this store has gone down tremendously.

The Customer Service station is the absolute worst. The lady working there Sunday afternoon did not even acknowledge us while taking care of a client for over 15 minutes. Did not try to call another associate. I have had problems with this store before and I will never go back. My preferred Fry's store is much better, I just stopped there because it is closer to home exiting off the 202.

I like shopping at Fry's, but this particular location, right after you walk in the door, there is always a bad odor. Sometimes it smells fishy, others times it smells like rotting meat, and today it smells like sewage. That turned me off from shopping there. I turned around and walked out as quickly as I entered.

Nice, clean store. Self checkout available or you can check out with the friendly staff. Lots of produce that is fresh. Large selection of brands. Has a deli counter and fresh choices of baked goods.

Been using Frys Bakery at Alma School and Germann since 2001. I have purchased cakes and other items for years and it has been my main to go Bakery for many family important events over the last 20 years! NEVER had a bad experience. Until April 2nd. I ordered a custom cake as I have many times before and went to pick up my cake 5 min to the pick up time (8am) and was told by the baker who's name started with an "m" I believe her name was manda or something similar that it was not ready. she said maybe 15 minutes. I asked for accurate time so I dont keep coming back unnecessarily and she said half hour to 45 min. I got a phone call about 20 minutes later saying she could not do my custom design as airbrush machine was broken. This is almost half hour after my pick up time and 2 1/2 hours prior to my twins' party!!! she asked me what other design, and i said at this point do something close to it as theme was set. when I went to pick up, it was ugly to say the least and she didnt write the names on the cake and wrote it on the board!! And my cupcakes that were suppose to be pastel tie dye, were all orange! She wasn't sorry or apologetic. I was almost in tears as I was counting on an amazing cake and cupcakes to match the theme of the party.I went to speak with the manager though he was polite, I could tell he could care less and was less than helpful. he listened and very dismissively said well you dont have to take it if you dont want to and that's what I can offer you. I told him my main concern was over 20 years Ive never had an issue, and that I feel that the baker not only was horrendous at her job, but also was not even friendly about it and he said ok thanks for the feedback and that's it. Very disappointing. Well, needless to say we have a lot of party and events and I have used this bakery 90% of the time, but will not be anymore as I cannot risk my events being ruined and not to mention out the money also. Horribly handled. and im out $50. I didnt even share pics of the cake and cupcakes as was too embarrassing.
