My recent visit to Fry's left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, with an experience that fell far short of expectations. The incident that occurred during my visit epitomizes the lack of care and attention to customer service that permeates this establishment. While navigating the parking lot, a cart pusher recklessly collided with my car, causing damage and inconvenience. Despite the incident occurring on Fry's premises, the response from staff was woefully inadequate, failing to address the situation promptly or offer any form of resolution. In addition to the appalling lack of accountability for the damage caused to my vehicle, the overall service within the store left much to be desired. Staff members appeared indifferent to customer needs, displaying a disinterest in providing assistance or addressing concerns. The absence of quality service and accountability at Fry's reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole, undermining its reputation as a reliable shopping destination. As a customer, I expect a level of professionalism and care that was sorely lacking during my visit to Fry's.

I popped in on a Friday night around 5:00p just for four fixings for a spaghetti dinner. I entered...didn't see any baskets. I asked the older gentleman if they had any? He said they did....at the other doors. Immediately followed by "I will get you one". Whoa! Perfect, thank you!!! He quickly got one and then dropped down to his knees to finish scraping tape or something off the floor, so I didn't get this wonderful gentleman's name. I do appreciate him though!! I grabbed a couple items then made my east through the back of the store.... this doesn't look right... so I turned around to go the other way.... came across a young sweeping fellow... Morgan. As I asked "is this the way to spaghetti and sauce?" Morgan said "it's down this aisle... I'll show you". Oh my goodness... thank you Morgan and the other fellow!! So helpful! So appreciated!! Wonderful customer service at this store!! By all means, above and beyond service!

the cashier who rung me up charged me full 80$ price on a cookware set that clearly had a 40$ clearance label on every side of the box. woman who helping me at the return register was rude and glared when another customer asked for a manager for their own issues with the same cashier and her. horrible all around

With a group of other persons over the age of 21, I bought a bottle of liquor to gift to newly married couple, I'm 25 years old, i forget the name of the store associate who assisted us but she almost refused to sell me the bottle due to a member in my party (who was older than me) not having his ID on him. She was very rude about it and started to put it away without giving me (the buyer) the time of day, don't go to this location with friends to purchase alcohol unless everyone in tyhe group has their ID handy.

Frys stores are charging EBT customers who use their online app coupons to save money.Yep, if you use a frys coupon, they give you a balance to pay in cash.So trying to be responsible and cut food cost on EBT instead of waisting govt money buying expensive lobster and prime rib cost you!!Why? They say there is a fee for using manufacturers coupons1st they're own online app coupons are NOT manufactured coupons, 2nd seriously, your charging people to use manufactored coupons.SHAME ON FRYS

Going to the deli counter here is like going to the soup Natzi’s restaurant. They close randomly all the time and everyone on the staff hates their job. All you can do is wait in the long line and be super polite so MAYBE they don’t ignore your requests after waiting forever for service.

Carts need help. Wheels cost like $1.50. Replace then when they go bad please. Also, why did you remove the ability to silence the self checkout? They are so repetitively annoying to listen to.

Customer service Zero , after waiting for 45 minutes they told me my medications will be ready but after that long waiting they told me they’re out of one of my medication! And still I need wait for the rest of my medications! the technician and pharmacist don’t care about patients they’re busy talking to each other! And my long time waiting End after 90 minutes!

Decent place to go for groceries. Sometimes a bit lacking in the produce department. The staff are friendly. Parking is a bit ridiculous sometimes, and watch out for people speeding out of the Burger King drive thru line!

This specific location has the worse cart and basket situation of any grocery store I’ve been to in Arizona.The parking lot is consistently scattered with multiple carts. There have been zero times when I’ve entered the store and there have been available baskets for customers near the entrance. Instead, I have to walk to the self check outs to pick one up, then walk around their new security gates just to begin my shopping. For context, I bought a home near this store just over 2 years ago and i visit a few times a week.Great store and location, employees seem friendly but I find myself avoiding the place seeing that it’s difficult to a) find a parking spot where my car is least likely to be dinged by a rogue cart, and b) to shop easily given the lack of available baskets at the entryway. A small change and additional emphasis from store management on the customer experience in this case could immediately remedy the situation. Lastly, all photos were taken the same day as I exited the store.
