need an app on your phone to buy on sale items. im old dont have a fancy phone dont have an app. was told i can't buy the items. take your app and stick it up your app

I'm so tired of the rude employees at this store especially at the meat counter where you get bacon sausage steaks not friendly at all especially the lady that works there VERY VERY RUDE only one nice person back there didn't see him today. The service at this store has gone down tremendously.

I gave Fry's Service one star because their contract with Instacart has caused me to lose money. Frys, Instacart, and Kroger agree to provide good customer service but it is a very poor management. Incomplete deliveries were made and their refund takes weeks to receive-and blaming the "bank" for delaying the deposit.Frys does not give time for me to count all delivery items, drivers are rushing all the time. When I check on my groceries I found spoiled strawberries, andoverspecified deli roast beef. Bread loaf smashed, et.I am an older disabled citizen living on a fixed income and Fry's delays in refund cost me overdrawn my bank account. I buying at Walmart from now on.

This Fry's Pharmacy has the rudest employees working for them. Every time I call they put me on hold over and over again. Then when the line rings again, After being on hold for 10 minutes, they just hang up. Once I do get someone to speak with, that person's attitude is so short and not helpful. They act like I'm putting them out and bugging them just to get a refill. Customer service definitely needs improvement!!! If your employees hate their job so much, maybe they should quit and find a job that doesn't require being helpful and polite with the customers. I dread having to contact this pharmacy for anything!!!! It has happened on many occasions!!! Maybe it's time for me to find a new FRIENDLIER pharmacy???

They have some pretty good sushi at the Fry's supermarket. They have other locations around the area as well. There was a spicy combo with spicy tuna, spicy California salad, California with spicy tuna. That is about $12. Before tax. There is the tuna lover. It has tuna, seaweed salad, spicy tuna, and scallion. That is approximately ten dollars before tax. Interestingly the first is three servings per container and the second is two servings per container. This is printed on the outside sticker. They have another spicy combo with spicy tuna, spicy salmon and spicy California. It is approximately ten dollars and two servings per container. Although not as good as restaurant quality sushi it is good to pick up when in a hurry and I am already at the store. It is also good to pick up when they have discounts or promotions. What I don't like about it is that the rice tends to be hard especially after it has been in the refrigerator for a while. The second thing I don't like is that the sushi tends to take on a wasabi taste especially the ones near the end where the wasabi is located. I don't like wasabi.

You guys NEED contactless payment. It is shown on maps that you have contactless payment, when I went to check out, cashier said "we don't have contactless payment at this location"

I spoke with the pharmacist on the phone (sounds like an older gentleman) and he is incredibly rude by the tone of his voice. I’m checking on a prescription status and he is extremely unhelpful.

I have been a regular at this store on Alma School and Germann in Chandler AZ since it opened. In recent months service has declined. I understand the challenges of COVID and hiring reliable help. Today.. At around 230pm I had interrupt the cashier and bagger's conversation to ask if they could move the conveyor belt. The cashier had a non Fry's hat on and the bagger had a FRYs hat on backwards.. And those isn't the first time the dress of the employees seem unprofessional... I was using an American Express card ($200) and the remaining on my CC... The cashier called for manager.. She came over and instead of saying..."what can I help with" she is like "what's wrong"... We both explained what was needed..I told her American Express and she is like swipe your VISa.. And I am like I am paying first with the American Express... Them swipe that... I figured she was the manager on duty.. So I explained the situation that I had to interrupt the cashier,I spoke of the dress of the employees... including her... She had short sleeves and a tattoo...instead of saying something empathetic she is like "our policy says we can wear tattoos." I have nothing against tattoos..I just think for someone in a face of the company position should be conscious of your appearance. ( I understand that funds are limited..however it doesn't cost anything to care how you look or present yourself or customers.) I live in Pecos Ranch which this store is convenient... And several residents complain about this store. There is a good side to your store.. Kim... She typically is at register 11 or 12... She is the epitome of Customer Service... You need more like her. Also Tammy the Deli manager rocks. This happened on Tuesday, Oct 3 around 230 ish

Love their deli options. They also have a nice selection of European imported items. The bakery has delicious options of flavored breads. I love their seasonal onion bread and they always have garlic baked into bread loaves that I can never get enough of!

Just finish shopping at this Fry. The digital coupon thing is driving me CRAZY! I just downloaded the Fry App. The coupon can't be applied. The customer service people said that I used coupon but it is Not true. Bad service. I think this digital coupon thing need a major improvement. It is not fair to many senior citizens!

I've been shopping online via delivery for over two years. This is the first bad experience. It's going to cost money. I had text messages from a Bailey P. There were some items the store didn't have. We worked through it. I got a message Bailey had checked out. My account was billed. The Fry's online order dashboard has the order completed and delivered. Only it wasn't delivered.. I'm out $56. I few minutes ago I had texts from a shopper identifying themselver as Jeannie P. A few minutes later I had text messages from a Kathleen shopper. I called the store and that was no help. I called the corporate office the phone rings as though it was off the hook. I guess I have to call Chandler PD to report a robbery?

The store is always clean. The employees are always nice, friendly and helpful. Fry's also offers online shopping with drive up curbside pickup.
