Customer service Zero , after waiting for 45 minutes they told me my medications will be ready but after that long waiting they told me they’re out of one of my medication! And still I need wait for the rest of my medications! the technician and pharmacist don’t care about patients they’re busy talking to each other! And my long time waiting End after 90 minutes!

don't bother applying for a job my mom applied and they called her for interview to say they aren't hiring when they have it posted everywhere she has 10+ years retail stores a joke we just moved here from Illinois

The new pharmacist is a disgrace; he's rude, and insane. I asked for a smaller gauge needle for my medication as I'm a burn survivor and have thick scarring. Never been an issue before at any pharmacy I have been with but he refused. We went back and forth until I realized that there was no resolution except to go to another pharmacy. I'm not making an appt with my doctor just to get a prescription for a smaller gauge needle!

This used to be an incredibly efficient and reliable pharmacy. Since they lost their original pharmacist who had been there for years the service is not efficient nor is it reliable. Good luck getting through to a pharmacy employee and if you do they can't communicate clearly.

Was told didn't have a refill on no meds. But I have a whole year supply. So now I have no meds. Thanks fry's. You most definitely will be hearing for my lawyer

Since moving here several months ago, I have tried this location, Store #52, five different times to see if I would like it as my go to store. As at my past residence I was a Frys shopper. Each time, I have left the store frustrated and disappointed. The last one on 8/23 was my last. So many things were wrong this time, that I asked to speak to the store manager, the checker Kristen was great, the bagger flagged the Store Mgr, forgot his name, down about 15'/20' away, standing talking, and said that this customer would like to speak with you. He waived his hand in the air and dismissed the request. Could not be bothered. Both appologized for him. Truthfully it was the last straw. When you have one check stand open with 6 in line and all self service bays open and a line for each and a high pitch alarm going off for the whole time in the store, you are the manager, handle it. Instead he chose to stand there cross his arms, talk, laugh and observe. Turn the alarm off, help your employees they are trying their best, he was not.

I will NEVER shop at Fry's again. They state that there are no hidden fees for drive up. This is not true if you have alcohol included. It will say free online but they will charge you anyway. I called several times and was told that they did not know why this was happening but I would be refunded. Then it happened again and I asked for a manager and she told me the reason. I went back and checked my bank statement and even though I was told on the previous occasions I would receive a refund..it never happened. I spoke to Melinda and she was not at all accomodating. Put me on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for me to hang up. I will stick to Safeway where they are honest . Its not about the 4.95 fee it is about the principle.

It's hit or miss if they have the right insurance/payment information on file for my prescriptions if they don't it takes an additional hour for them to make the changes

I've shopped at this location for decades and overall it's a good store that has what you need. Of course Covid has been hard with staffing so I will make no comments about long wait times as that should be expected during this time, but they have been declining recently in other areas, especially with grocery pick up. From receiving bad produce (spoiled, bruised, damaged) and broken milk jugs, to getting fresh meat frozen?, tablets never working making customers go inside the store, and so on it making shopping here not convenient or enjoyable. I like the discounts and the gas program but it's not making me want to return when I have to go back to the store for returns and refunds regularly. Hopefully these things can be fixed in the future and more time and care can be taken with customers groceries.

A pharmacy technician, Jack, gave great customer service by looking up prescription prices for my dog Gertie and finding that I could save some money on these. It was a great thing to do, as we are currently trying different medications for this dog, and hope the current meds will work!I have consistently been able to get reasonable prices for prescriptions, especially for my dogs. This is compared to other Pharmacies. Pay attention folks, prices for prescriptions are not the same at all managed pharmacies.

Regularly overcharges and does not apply insurance discounts. You have to diagnose their systems for them and figure out how everything works to do their job for them. They give you phone numbers to call but they are pharmacy only phone numbers so you can't talk to anyone on those lines unless you're willing to lie. This pharmacy won't bother calling any numbers to price things correctly or fix any issues their system generates (usually it has nothing to do with you). They get a printout that tells them exactly what to do and how many refills you have. One time they handed me the page that said I had 60 refills remaining in all capital bold letters and then told me I had no refills left (dead pan serious face about it too haha). And of course told me to call a pharmacy only phone number. I have the same problem with them every month like clockwork and we go through the same circus. I have called the number so many times now even the insurance companies told me to switch pharmacies. They seem to have a lot of turn over and the techs will just flat out lie to you about how their system or insurance works because they don't want to be bothered to do their job. The manager has no problem covering for their lies when they're caught red handed afterwards. If I don't do this every time, I lose $60 and ~2hrs every month to overcharges dealing with this. If you just need to pick up something and you don't care what the cost is, maybe this place is fine. Otherwise save yourself the trouble.
