Worst place ever. Never go here to trade anything. No one goes to GameStop anymore. They're just grabbing as much money as they can before they close forever. You will not be offered a good deal for your trades.

The guy who was working there was knowledgeable and had some good suggestions. They surprisingly had a decent selection of older Xbox 360 games. Store looked well organized and taken care of. I’ll be going back in the future to grab some more games.

Just had to write a review as a shoutout. I'm so sorry if I butcher your name but I got help from a gentleman named Amad. I ordered something online but never received the email to confirm the order. I called the store to check in and see if it ever got received and it did not. Amad thought it was strange but explained what to do to get it fixed. I ended up just going to the store in the mean time and making the purchase because I didn't want my item to run out. He was pretty helpful explaining things and what would happen if my order would show up later. Not thrilled with GameStop but was thrilled with Amad. Not only that but the following day, the order did go through and appeared. Before the store even opened, he went out of his way to call me and ask to cancel my order to make sure I'd get my money back ASAP. Now that is some "extra mile" level support. Thanks man, I don't come to GameStop much but maybe I'll think again for my next purchase.

Came in to buy DayZ and you did not have it. The young blonde employee who was working was wicked friendly and helped me find the game at another location near by and even had the address and phone number all printed for me. Service was a 10/10 glad to know this game stop is close to home.

Awful customer service. When you call in, you are asked if you can hold and then while the phone isn't muted for the 15 minutes i waited, you are able to hear 3 to 4 transactions occuring with no response back to my call. Decided to hang up and call back to listen to the guy tell me that it was all one large family with several transactions and that it really wasn't that long of a wait. Nice worker & he can keep his sarcasm. Good one Gamestop. March 1st 12:30p Apparently needs more help at this location.
