Terrible customer service. We stopped at GAP for back-to-school shopping with over $300 in items. My daughter needed to try on just one pair of pants and shorts, but the employee rudely refused, saying to come back the next day—even though we live over an hour away. No sign mentioned fitting room closure. We left everything behind. They lost our business.

The people here are cheats. They duped me into taking a gap credit card with the promise that I won’t get any hard enquiries. But, the credit resulted in Hard Enquiry. This has affected me a lot during my loans. And when asked they are asking to leave the store and talk to a representative. Badly, the number they have given to call is the automated system with no one to listen to me. They are complete frauds…

The store was fine but I can not recommend coming here. Their signage was very confusing, with prices for different items directly above others. Then, when you bring up that doing that is confusing, the supervisor was happy to come help the cashier insult your ability to read. The best part is I couldn't even tell you who the rude supervisor was since she didn't even bother to introduce herself!

Try to avoid shopping when there are hoardes of people.But our growing kiddo needed some new shorts, so we went out shopping over Labor Day Weekend.Way too many people some of which were freely coughing and sneezing and spreading their germs, others just blatantly ignoring those of us politely waiting to browse and bogarting entire clothing sections.Unhelpful, annoyed employees working while we were there.

Due to the very unprofessional behavior of an employee today, I can unfortunately only give 2 points. She mans the second checkout, serves a customer there and then decides to hang an advertising sign even though there are other customers in line. Then she collects again. When I ask her if the sign was more important than the customers, she says “yes.”
If this is customer-centric action, then good night!
